It's been a journey I can tell ya.  Aug. 5 2009 at NSLIJ. Went well had a two for one with the repair work needed for the diaphram what do they call it? Hiatel hernia that;s it.
Start weight was around 230 almost two years I am still at 200. WHAT AM I DOING!.  I am down' about it but I have gone for an adjustment today... Got 5.2 CCs in 10 CC band. very very tight like never before. I hope I can handle it. cause Doctor Z is going to China next week, ( just incase I need him to take some out) He warned me that he will be out of town... Great doctor he never hurts.. Today I havn'et been able to get much down. The feeling is that I can't eat a thing. just sip protein shakes. I will see how the coffee goes down tomorrow.. I just might be too tight... But I feel desperate and need some support with this. MY husband is trying so hard to help, he lost 16 lbs while I stayed the same... anyway tired will add more very soon ... happy to be here. I am interested in hearing what you all are eating and how tight your bands are...
