I have tried every diet known to man. I am 53 years old. I weigh 240 lbs. I gave lost and regained the same10-20 lbs over and over again. I can't paint my own toenails. I live on the beach in Daytona and I don't want to put on a bathing suit. So sad.... I go for my lap band free seminar visit tomorrow at 6 pm at Florida Hospital in Ormond Beach.
