    I only drink water and don't eat much sugar. I just realized I haven't been drinking my protein shakes bc I forgot. I have been so busy with my five kids. Could that be the reason ?

    I am so glad I read this. I feel awful. Terrible headache. Muscles cramping and can't sleep. I was starting to worry. I will most def be eating more protein.
