    Hey!! That's great you haven't needed an adjustment yet! Sept. 1st is my 1st Dr.'s appt.. not my surgery. I wish!! LoL! I'm just starting out on this journey.. still a newb yet.. hopefully once the ball gets rolling, it won't stop until I've reached my goal! I'm so excited and ready to get this over with! Anyway..
