Thanks Tiffy. I feel a lot better knowing that I can eat most things (not junk) just as long as I fulfill my protein requirements first and then veggies. I thought the diet was MUCH more restrictive. -
I live in Pennsylvania where I have Blue Cross/Blue Shield Personal Choice medical insurance. Wondering if anyone has experience with them and how long they had to wait for surgery approval. Thanks!
