I am a 45 year old Father of Two children who is extremely over weight and now is suffering additional health problems.  I let myself go after losing my dream job and my marriage and now I have tried everything and can't lose the weight.  I have talked to my surgeon and we are in agreement that the Lap Band is the best direction to go for me.  I have submitted my insurance information but it hasn't been approved as of 06.03.11.  My journey is beginning now and I will keep everyone posted on my progess... I need to do this as I want to watch my kids grow up and have kids of their own and with the direction I have been going I feel I would of been dead by the age of 50.
