Hi, Well i'm on my 3-4 weeks pureed food and I do not eat baby food. I prepare all my meals and it is easy, I use can chicken and canned tuna with mayo and eggs and season the way I like. I make mashed potatoes with gravy. I have a small processor and a larger one. But i only use the small one. Make sure u prepare enough for a couple of days. Keep sugar free popsicle in the freezer. I have bought mashed Pot from Kentucky and Popeyes chicken. Good Luck it will be fine. I am 43 pounds down and was sleeved on June 13.

Well I feel great, I haven't had to take the pain meds since I left the hospital Tuesday afternoon and it's now Thursday. I've been walking and breathing to pass the gas and it's working. I did something I said I would not do and that is stepped on a scale. LOL I lost 6 pounds already all fluid but I still fealt good. I will be starting stage 2 foods tomorrow and i'm not sure if i want to try cream of wheat or applesauce. But I have no choice. Thanks everyone for the support that you give on this site. I don't comment much but I read the blogs everyday and it helped me with my surgery.

Well Hi Everyone, it is the night before my surgery and I starting to get a little nervous. I know I'm making the right health decision for myself just praying everything goes well. I just had my last white rice dinner with mushroom chicken and I enjoyed it. My kids were just sent to my aunts house for the next few days and I gave them a very long kiss goodbye. I am asking that you say a little prayer for me as you say your goodnite prayers,. I will write on Tuesday when I am released from the hospital. I Will be speaking to you later everyone.
