know what you mean about the funk mouth. I think it is from the protein drinks that I am using. I'm on day 9 of my liquid diet. Make sure that when you brush your teeth you are also brushing your tongue. The protein drinks really stick to your tongue. Since I have been brushing my tongue throughly my mouth feels sooo much better. Good Luck to you

hi My date is June 9th at 7am!!!! I am on day 7 of the liquid protein diet. Going well so far, but getting real sick of chicken broth. Can't say that I am really hungry but just want to put something in my mouth to chew. Going tomorrow for all my preop stuff. Really excited.

From the time I attended my 1st seminar to now is 1 year. Surgery is scheduled for June 9th. I had to have 6 months of supervised Dr visits. Then everything was submitted to the insurance. The first time I was turned down but resubmitted and got approval. I'm now on day 4 of the protein drinks and can't wait until June 9th. Be patient it has been a long haul but well worth the wait.

Hi My date is June 9th also. On day 4 of the liquid diet now and doing well. I'm so looking forward to my big day. I don't think anyone who is not in our situation can really appreciate what this means. Good luck to you.
