My hair is falling and Im scared that I might not be taking in enough Protein I need help finding a good shake or some thing.

Hello I had my surgary on January 26 2011 and I have been doing good but I just noticed about 3 weeks ago that my hair is falling out way to much. I think Im not eating enough protein. I started to take Whey protein shakes but I was wondering if this is going to be good enough or if it's the right kind of protein to take. Help Please Yolanda.
