Lucky you..........I can't wait for my mushies next week. (LOL) I never thought I would be talking about "Mushies". Enjoy them slowly and I look forward to having a toast (Protein shake) with you next week to a week of mushies for me.

Just wanted to say hello to all the bloggers and post an introduction. I am one week post op from lap band procedure and boy has it been R*O*U*G*H... I can see things starting to smooth out though but my biggest issue is satisfying the hunger and feeling weak. I went back to work today and realized I should have taken off another week just to compensate for the changes.
