I've been going thru this process for quite some time ( year and 6 months) and it's finally time to have my surgery tomorrow. The worst part of all of this has been dealing with the office. The schedulers have been terrible. I have been forgotten about on more than one occassion. Testing is scheduled, then cancelled and it's just been a bloody mess. They heard people in and out like cattle so the left hand never knows what the right hand is doing. I previously worked in healthcare for 15 years prior to moving to California 2 years ago and this is the most disorganized facility I have ever dealt with. So insensative to peoples emotional roller coasters that they put you thru because they cannot get things right. They were actually going to cancel and reschedule my surgery all because of 2 checks they already had from me and not to mentioned had already cashed... makes you wonder if I am having to get the copies of the endorsement of those checks what really happened to them and did they apply the funds to the correct account?
 
Well It's time for my surgery and I could not be happier. For those of you whom have already had your surgery, I would like to wish you all the best and I hope to be on the better path to a better life now.. I'm willing to do whatever it takes as I have a grandbaby who will be here in August and I plan to live a long and prosperous life right along side of her.
