however I did not do the pre op diet, they did tell me I had to, but I just couldnt it was hard, and knowing that I wouldnt be able to eat like that again, made me eat more, however they told me as long as i dont eat the day before, it will be find, also since I have a low BMI 34, that makes it fine as well.
