Hey Guys, I just had to share. I have tried every Protein drink on the market. I am just shy of 2 years out. I ordered Real Meals powder and I like it. I got the vanilla and mixed it with Light Vanilla soy milk. In 8oz I am getting 39 grams of protein. Not bad...So excited to be getting in what my body needs. Just had to share. If you tried everything this one is good. No I dont work for them and paid full price! lol

Thank you! I have a trick while I am at work. Protein bars are really heavy and filling for me. I take them and cut them up in bit sized pieces. When I feel I need to munch I grab a piece. I have been doing this for over a year. I hope this helps. It really does keep me full and helps with getting the protein in also )

I am using my flex spending for $5K of it. I got an intrest free credit card for the other $5K. It is intrest free until the end of 2013...

Honestly after losing any amount of weight you are going to be full of self confidence. You do not have to be at goal to feel that way. Go and have a great time! If your having fun so will your husband.

Everyone is different. I just looked at my chart and I was down 72 pounds in 13 weeks. I hope that helps. I agree to start low carb now!

Hi Guys, I am always on the website and I make posts about my experiences. Out of no where today it hit me...I have lost a total of 16 more pounds then I weigh now! That is so crazy! I dont know why I never thought of it before...I started at 292 and am now at 138. I lost 154 pounds in 21 months. I am so proud of myself and thankful for my sleeve! I just had to share. I know now as soon as I swollow. I admit I scout out the location of the bathroom in every resteraunt we go to! I will be 2 years out in January. I look at it as just my way of life...so worth it to be below goal weight and healthy!

All I can say it is the best decision that I ever made...I still have reflux and take a Prilosec everyday. Other then that I am 100% healthy! Let me know if you have any questions, I know it is scarey. Good Luck!

I admit I vomit a couple times a week. If something just doesnt sit well it comes right back up. It totally depends on what it is on wether it hurts or not. Sometimes tears shoot and I mean shoot out of my eyes becasue it comes back up so hard. Sorry if TMI but dont want you to be afraid if it happens to you. I was petrified in the beginning!

Dont worry! We all need a little help now and then! I should of went days earlier!
