You really need to chew better. I am 2 years out and if I eat too fast, drink too soon or take too big of bites I always puke. Just remeber to slow down and chew your food well. You might want to keep notice of what foods is causing this. For me...i can not eat ANY stringy meat..like BBQ or pot roast. I always end up getting sick from it becasue it feels stuck. It took a while to figure it out for me. Good Luck! -

Did he remove the fluid to help flatten out your tummy? I feel like mine needs that too. I am still swollen but thought it would be flatter by now. -
I count all carbs...If my total carb count is low I lose weight....

I used to wear shorts year round..I would Christmas shop in shorts! lol Now I am freezing all the time. I am stting here at my desk with a heating pad on my lap! lol -

Quinoa is a staple for me..I dont do good with rice or potatoes but tolerate this well. I love the frozen quinoa from trader joes...soooo good!

I had surgery on Monday and flew home on Thursday. I was ready and fine to fly. That is even after having a reaction to the anastesia. You will be fine and want to get home. -

Comparing tt pain to c-section pain

I have had 2 C sections and just had a TT on Nov. 12th. The TT was much worse. The incision pain was about the same but where the muscles are tied is pretty rough. I would do it again but be ready for a long recovery. I am 2 months out and still hurts a little when i sit up. -

Hey all, I just found out about the one at AAMC. I signed up to go to the meeting in February (18th). I am 2 years out but feel it would be good for me! -
I am 2 years out. I still had to do laser for hair growth but it is much better then before. I am having a period every 3 weeks but only lasts foir 3 days so it is not too bad.

I am not in pain 2 months out still just not healed. My boobs are still sore and still a little swollen around my TT incesion line. I sure this goes away soon! I saw your pics and I looked very similar to you. It was so awesome when that drain came out. I could not believe how loong it was! -

I had TT/Lipo and Breast lift with implants on 11/12/12. Your right it is a tough recovery. I am glad my doc kept me in the hospital for a week. I am 2 months out and still healing. It is gonna be worth it in the end though! -
