Man you are doing it! We have similar goals and builds. I myself am a black male, 6'3'' and weight 430lb. I am in the process of doing my meetings, doctor visits and counseling. I am hoping to get the surgery done by November of this year. Congratulations on the success that you have had and may you continue to thrive.

:biggrin0::laugh0:I started my journey in 6/8/2010 I weighed 500lbs. My surgery was 9/8/2010 I weighed 465 i'm down to 440 three weeks out I haven't had any problems I also haven't had to take my diabetic medications.
