  1. Ha! I was actually expecting more of that problem so I was a bit surprised in my current situation.
  2. It seems to be pretty much anything I eat or drink.....the Protein shakes, Soups, etc. I've ventured into some soft foods and the same thing. The food journal is a good idea. Thanks!

    Ladies..question about AF

Oh, mine is all messed up! I started a couple days after I got home from the hospital....and it lasted about 2 1/2 weeks (not bad....but just annoying). Then it stopped and it was time for my REAL cycle. I'm sure it has to do with the surgery (I'm 4 weeks out). I'm on the pill and it keeps me very regular normally.

    December 2010 Sleevers!

Hi all! My surgery was the 28th. I'm down 37 pounds. I'm having trouble with the Proteins. I'm hoping now that food is getting a little more interesting to me I can start getting more through my food. I need to work harder at getting all my Fluid. Over all, all is good and I'm excited for the loss. I'm mostly just tired....but I know that's because I'm not getting everything (calories, Protein and fluids) that I need. BUT I'm working on it!
  5. i agree with the others. The patch has really helped me. I haven't had severe nausea, but it's helps with that little twinge. Please call your doctor so you don't get dehydrated. My doctor prescribed Phenagren (sp) and I keep it in my frig as an emergency back. Feel better!
