Hi
Well I'm nearly two years banded and it has been hard, I have lost almost 4stone but have had little weight loss in the last 8 months or so. Went for a 1ml fill in January but was too tight and had .5 ml removed two days later. Have been off work with stress for the last 4 weeks and seriously cannot stop eating, trying to exercise alot to compensate for this but I have put on 4lbs in the last two weeks, I'm feeling such a faliure. Still need to loose about 20lbs to get to goal but at the moment I can't see that happening.
I would be grateful for any advice.
