One month post op appointment yesterday, and I am a bit dissapointed...I lost 17lbs in the first 8days and only 10lbs more in the last 3wks:(

So strange-it's my birthday and for the first time in as long as I can remember-we didn't go out to eat to celebrate. And yet it has been one of the BEST birthdays EVER!!!

My Dr. had me on a 10day pre-surgery liquid diet, but you may want to speak to yours to see/review what your particular guidlines are. Don't be so hard on yourself though. We all have days where we don't make the best choices. I personally don't think you should let one setback make or break your surgery:) Hang in there! -
had my 1week post op appointment today and I am down 17lbs since surgery last Tuesday!!!
