    Anyone ever damage port from ab exercises?

    That actually happens to me all the time I limit the amount of abdominal works out because it get these bad pains that I think are maybe like muscles spasms like if I sat up straight it hurts more so I give it a few minutes mean while I massage the area at the same time. I think its normal I never thought to ask the doctor since the surgery I've had my lad band for three yrs n still feel the same when I do abdominal work outs. I must say it makes a bit challenging especially since that's the area Id like to work on the most.
  2. I feel like this isn't for me I haven't lost ne weight since my last adjustment in january how is that even possible. I have da worst constipation n have tried everything $$$$ nothing helps I can go almost a moth without goin I feel crappy. I was told a cleanse would help me n I kno it would I just don't kno what to try I had a colonoscopy done over six months ago n was six pounds lighter I kno it not the reason why but I am so emotional right now I don't know what to think or feel.

    I've been drinking more water now n I really hope it works out for me but another issue for me also are bad heart burns I think that's what it is ma chest feels like its on fire just a bad burning sensation omg I really need to see my dr n see what he thinks. I get so emotional n start to think the worst about everything including my weight.

HELLO I HAD MY LAP BAND SURGERY SEP 09 2YRS N I LOST ONLY 50LBS I HAVEN'T GAINED ANY WEIGHT BUT I'VE BEEN STUCK AT 290 I DON'T EAT MUCH HAVE A SHAKE IN THE MORNING AND SOMETIMES FOR LUNCH BUT I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY I HAVEN'T LOST ANYMORE WEIGHT I'M SO DEPRESSED I DON'T KNO WHAT TO DO ANYMORE AND FEEL LIKE I SHOULD'VE WENT WITH DA GASTRIC BYPASS INSTEAD ALL I FEEL IS REGRET AT THIS POINT.

    Heatherin.. I've been up since 8am I tried to eat breakfast its not da first for me its always the same I've been reading all my comments n def taking a lot in so I want to try I jus can eat in the mornin I spit back up or jus get such bad pain in my chest just from one bite so I just relaxed for a whie n took sipps of water now its 11:45 I'm drinking a protein its the only thing that helps loosen me up a bit I'm going swimming now where there's goin to be plenty of grilled food which I am goin to try to eat I'm just hoping it won't be a problem. I just don't kno how to feel asides from not being ablr to go to the bathroom I mean for about two weeks I have it bad and have tried lots of procducts nothing really seems to help me that its becoming normal to me I feel like I'm going through a lot rite now. What I ate yesterday- I had a shake at about 10am by 2pm I made my some fish sticks for my son and was able to eat a few with him I actually ate like six of them then at almost 8 I was able to eat a small plate of macaroni salad. I have my day n some better then other. I just don't kno anymore I ran into my friend she has her surgery I would say its about a yr for her she look fabulous she went from 385 to 215 wow amazing but the only problem is she refuses to eats she lives of shakes n liquids all day it got so bad for her she had to receive ivy meds because her iron was so low.

    Reverie: I can't have breakfast or sometimes lunch so I'm not quite sure why there's no weight lost I'm able to eat dinner n maybe even a snack after depending how hungry I get. I started workin out at home about 2wks ago and now just joined LA fitness and thinking of joining weight watchers. I really need help I won't give up just get depressed n discouraged and it doesn't help at all.
