    The day i got home from the hospital, i had THE MOST HORRIBLE gas pains that made me regret my decision. i walked around a lot and took gas x strips. Every day was a little better than the day before. Trust me there is light at the end of the tunnel )

    I am 7 days post op and i agree about the head hunger....mentally i want certain foods but the thought of eating them makes my itty bitty tummy turn lol

    Honey i guarantee your going to lose. This is the beginning and its a learning process. This is the first step to learn and live a healthy life style that we have lacked When we learn something new we don't always do it perfect the first time, your learning something new and sometimes you will mess up, but trust with time your going to get it....

    Hi ladies! I'm having surgery with Silva and have been working with him for a few months now. I can say i have NEVER felt more comfortable with a doctor. He is very comforting and he's a veteran in the game for sure! I do agree he is pretty booked. i have a scheduled surgery date of July 11 Good luck1

    Empire BCBS of CA PPO

    Hi Lisha! I have Empire BCBS NY PPO and i have my approval within hours of submitting. I became friends with the lady who submits to insurance in my surgeons office and she basically told me once she submits paperwork it all depends on the nurse at Empire that processes your paperwork. She spoke well about Empire saying they work extremely fast. Good luck!
