    My lap band date is June 7th. I am on day 4 of my preop diet. I fortunately am not on just liquids. My surgeon basically told me to lose 10-15 pounds the 2 weeks before surgery and he didn't care how I did it. Being a roller coaster dieter all my life- I know I have to stay around 1000 calories to lose weight. But I am hungry!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this gets better
