My surgery date is scheduled for June 28, 2011. I have been researching lap band surgery for over 3 years. And I cannot wait to start this remarkable journey. I have been looking over the before and after pictures on here, and want to congratulate everyone. I know it's not going to be all fun and games, and that it is hard work. I've been through SOOO many diets over the years, loosing the weight isn't the problem, it's keeping it off. I know I will need to count on the wonderful people on this forum from time to time during my journey, and I hope that one day I will be able to help someone starting out on their journey.
