I'm not quite comfortable talking about beginning weight...yet! However I will tell you I still have quite a bit to lose. My goal weight is 175 (or so I'm thinking). I write down everything I eat (and drink) so I am accountable for it. I exercise daily, and try to add new workouts to change it up so my body does not get bored with the same routine. I have also learned if I up my water intake it helps me lose more weight.

I've lost 112 lbs in 19 weeks.

I like my coffee drinks also. I started getting the EAS Adventage Protein Shakes, the Cafe Caramel kind. It has helped me quite a bit, and only has 110 calories and 17 grams of protein, and the taste is actually pretty good.

I have the same issue. I've finally realized that it's not worth it for me to constantly feel let down by the negative attitude, although it's hard considering it's your mom. I try to focus on all of my friends and other family that have been incredibly supportive. Good luck, and I hope it gets better for you

Thanks to you both! So far I am totally happy with the results. It hasn't been easy and I'm constantly trying to stay on top of the exercise and eating right, but it is worth it completely. I feel so much better than before!

Hello everyone! I was banded on February 2nd of this year. I currently have lost 108 lbs. Up until the past few weeks everything was happening pretty fast with the weight loss, then I got my 3rd fill 2 weeks ago and since then have only lost 4 lbs. I feel like I need another one already (I was starving the day after I got the fill), yet my doctor thinks I was losing so fast that I don't think he will agree.My next fill is scheduled for July 12th, so hopefully I can manage not to over do it
