hello no im from philadelphia,p.a but my surgery date is 8/2/12 as well.

so im back at it. this time i have a different surgeon. well my surgery is on 08/2/12. yes i am alittle nervous. one thing i do know im tired of these protien shakes.

im feeling very nervous as my date approach 7/19/11 will be here soon. im wondering will i be able to over come my fear and just keep my eyes on the prize. looking for alittle encouragement.

Congrats to all the july sleevers!!! im do to be sleeve on july 19 with Dr.Alec Beekley at Thomas Jefferson Hospital In Phila,Pa. im excited about starting a new life. im also a little nervous too. But i faith that everythimng will be okay. to new begginnings!!! Good Luck to everyone who is moving a step forward. -
okay all my pre- admission testing is done. Had my visit with dietician and nurse practioner. had more labs drawn and a chest x-ray. all complete now my iron looks good but for some reason my hemoglobin went from a 10 to 9.7 which a 10 is normal for me i have a problem with my plattlets im a bleeder. so before surgery i will recieve 10 units of plattlets. i am alittle nevous i have faith everthing will be okay god willing. so i start my pre-op diet on 7/5/11. well no cake for me thats my dau...

Hello everyone im etting close pre-admissions testing tomorrow and i see the doctor to start my liquid diet. i came so far to turn back but im having mixed emotions i know need surgery.im tired of trying it on my own reason for it is i need help. its getting close and im nerveous i think its know i have to be t put asleep. i know i should stay postive and pray and know everything will go well and be okay. surgery date 7/19/11 at thomas jefferson in phila,p.a.

i understand, my situation is alittle like yours. i have been struggling for the last ten years with my weight maybe even longer. my goal is to be under 200pds. i now weigh 250. my surgery date is 7/19/11 at thomas jefferson in phildadelphia,pa where i live at. actually i change my date it was 7/12/11. but have been having so many mixed emotions. but no one know how you feel but you. forget what people say you tried other programs just didnot work doesnot make you a failure. i have been down that road too.my highest weight was 306. then i started working out watching what i eat and i went down too 244. now im back at 250. so its hard a struggle. so donnot be so hard on yourself. when people ask you let that be your choice if you want to share with them about your surgery. you will be okay everything will work it self out. stay positive -

congrats to you on the new baby you look fabulas. just have question i to have a plattlet problem numbers are delayed i have factor 7 similar to von willebrand. my surgery is on 7/12/11. kind nerveous but there going to give me plattlets first. how did thatwork for you after surgery was your bleeding controlled. im also nerveous about aneistia to may god protect me!!! ameen -

okay everything went well today got my upper edoscopy. i have my surgery date and i recieve my approval letter from personal choice yeah. no turning back now excited but still nervous. my big day is 7/12/11
