OK! So here it is in a nut shell! Born and raised in So Cal! I love it here! I have been chunky my whole life and I have finally gotten to a point where I need to completely change my life style and be healthy! I have lost weight before but sadly didn't keep it off and it seems the older I get the harder it is! So here I am ready to make a change!
