Hey All~ Not sure who will see this...but... Denise, Susie and Gina...we will miss you! I am packed, but can't find my dang river shoes. Actually though, wasn't sure if I was gonna do the river...with my back and I don't do the sun! anyway, just realized I gotta water the flowers and get my hat! Yeehaw...here we go ladies. TracyK~I am flying in on American Airlines...w/ a carry on. Judy~ What airline are you on? Tracy and I were talking about that...would be easier if we were in the same terminal. My phone will be on as soon as I land. I have a bad back and 2 ear aches..but I am going to Gruene!

Hey Vi's~ Well, my back is sprained. I should be on the mend now...left work and got an adjustment and some muscle stim...Gosh that felt good. Came home and slept for 2.5 hours, thank God Tracy woke me. I graded some papers (done) and then had a dinner (had a margie)then a meeting @ 6pm! I will take a back pill before bed, and hopefully after I get my "do" done tomorrow...and one more trip to the doctor...I'll be better. I feel better, been taking Zyrtec at night. Janie~OMG...totally scary!!! Are you sure you are ok?? Perhaps a trip to Gruene will be the best medicine for you. Hell...for all of us! Roomie~ I hope you feel better too. I hope we all do! I am so excited for our trip. Susanne is doing laundry now (I am sooo lucky) and I will pack tomorrow. I figure, just throw some clothes in a bag, some cosmetics...then go. MY VIOLETS ALREADY LOVE ME...SO I HAVE NOTHING TO PROVE! Can't wait! xoxoxoxoxooxox

OH yeah, I am going home. My back hurts soo bad. I am going to the chiropractor then home to the couch. I have to go to a meeting at 4:30-7, put I am gonna take some meds in the meantime!:thumbdown:

OOO the moving in thing...yeah, that is sooo lesbian. There is an old joke, "What did the lesbian bring on her second date?...a U-Haul!" The moving in thing is very common. Susanne and I have a few rules (and she really helped me define this for us). 1)We never are allowed to call each other names, (i.e., bitch) 2) We try not to leave, although we are both really good at that 3) Never go to bed mad (but we also do this from time to time) Neither one of us want/like drama. After holding my breath for 8 years w/ my mom...I can't do it anymore. I want peace...and I work to have it. She is the same way. She has had the drama when she was younger...doesn't want it anymore. This is not to say we don't have a row every now and then...but we are pretty quick to say we are sorry!

LOL...not all of us. I really think age and drugs are at play, far more than sexuality. Remember, Susanne is my first...so I don't have a point of reference. Women are emotional, especially when they are hurt. Even w/ a man/woman...the woman is the one causing the drama most of the time. Susanne's ex (they were together 5 years) ran her over...and burned down the house (not a part of them...but still). Anyway, I don't think it is a lesbian thing per se...but you never know. That is not how I roll. I am silent...but I can be mean too??!!!!

Laura~ So sorry to hear that! I had my Gypsy kitty during college but had to leave her w/ my ex when I moved home to care for mom. She went pee over the shower drain and did her #2 bussiness in the back of the tub. It was sooo easy and nice to clean too! We will cheer you up this weekend! xoxoxoxo

Morning Violets~ Well...I am not sick...just under the weather. I feel shitty and omg...my back hurts so bad. 2 nights ago, I took the PM's and the Zyrtec and slept like a rock, only crooked I guess. Hurts like it did in Dec. when I missed 3 days of work! I slept w/ an ice pack in my panties last night...and have one in there now. I will stay on the Zyrtec. The last few days it has been sooo windy...so there is the problem. Come hell or high water, I am getting on that plane...I just want to feel good when I do. Kat~Glad you made it back! Janie~ Sweet dreams??? We are waiting to hear! I PB'd 3 times yesterday. Honestly, this freakin sucks! Why cant chocolate and nicotine be good for you!

Terri~that is wonderful news! See...purple power ALWAYS works! That is great! Send some Purple power my way. I feel shitty and my back hurts SOOO bad (i don't know why????) I took a 10 mg Valuim and passed out...but woke up w/ the same back ache!

I am sooo bummed...I woke up feeling completely shitty:frown:. Actually, last night, my chest was heavy and my ears hurt. So I took a Zyrtec and 2 PM's and slept hard...and still woke up sick. I am hoping I can knock it out too. Cross your fingers. :thumbup:

Terri and Haydee~ For the margies... Get Margie Mix (near the alcohol in the store) it is cheap too. I like regular, but some may like strawberry (too sweet for me)... CHEAP WHITE tequilla (never drink gold...it is only sugar, w/ more calories...and a bad hangover) Tons of ice and tons of limes! That is it!

I, like you Janie, am taking it one day at a time. I can't think about too much. I just need to make my list and keep checking stuff off. The biggest challenge is to get all these papers graded...so I better get off LBT!

Haydee~ this made me laugh. You will never change him or his "timing"...ever. So, you gotta figure out ways to trick him. If you need to leave @ 11...tell him 10! Susanne is always on me about being messy. The other day she comes out of the garage and kitchen and said, "Damn, you can tell everywhere you've been...why don't you shut a drawer or cabinet?" To which I replied..."I'll never be as neat as you want me to be...so you can either live with it, or not. I doubt I'll change this late in life." We laughed about it...but I know it drives her BATTY too! Tardiness, messiness, whateverness...but you still gotta love us! xoxo

Haydee~ Odd request...could you bring a pair (or is it set) of tweezers? I don't want my nice expensive ones confiscated...but I know I need to know that a pair is near by. You are too young, but I am Italian, and from time to time a whisker pops up on my chin...can't have that. If it is too weird a request...laugh at me and tell me "hell no"!

Judy or Kat~ could you copy that PM and send me the numbers too. I have Judy's only. I could use the xmas list...but that is not only cells.

Hey Vi's~ Hope everyone had a great day! I had a horrible morning...just woke up VERY SAD. But as I was walking out to go to my Memossa's on Mother's Day breakfast, I got a funny wonderful call from Judy...and the rest of the day was lovely. Sadly we only were able to chat for a minute, cause I was leaving...but it was sooo great to hear her voice. Just think, in a few days, we can put voices AND faces to the posts we've come to know and love! At breakfast, I ordered a Cobb salad. I ate just a small amount but did ok. Then a few hours later, I tried to take some "quick bites" of it...and you guessed it...PB city. Actually, it was puke city...no PBing about it. OOOO man that hurt. Problem was I was still hungry. I managed to get in some Tums...then a bit later some beans and cheese. I was able to get in some bites of salad tonight. Then I took a spoonful of peanut butter, and squirted some jelly...and treated myself to dessert, lol! Have a great night everyone...I've gotta go grade some papers. I too have a hella busy week and I have to have all of these done before Thursday night! Terri~ thinking of you today. I hope everything is going well and that you've enjoyed your day!

I forgot to say how cool is was that you went to see David Cook...especially that you walked a mile. Was it you or Jane...probably you, that told us in the beginning of the season to watch for him cause you knew a friend of a friend who knew him...am I on the right track!
