I promise I will get a good pix soon. It is in that fun scabby stage now...itches like a som' bitch too! I love my ipod. I am going to go in the am and just walk since it has been a while. I also had a procedure this afternoon called somnoplastcy. It is intended to open the nasal passages. Right now, my nose is BURNING. He numbs the nasal cavity by shoving some cotton things w/ numb stuff ALL THE WAY UP TO MY BRAIN. Then shoots more "caine" stuff in there...and then...ready for this...CAUTERIZED THE NASAL PASSAGES w/ heat and radio waves! AAAHHH...I just hope I don't get another cold after all this, plus my giving myself shots 2x a week (go to 1x a week next week). Right now is misery!

Good for you Michelle...do you use the Ipod when you walk? I love mine and couldn't move w/o it. I haven't worked out in a while...actually only went 1 time last week cause of the tattoo. I will be there 2morrow for sure!

Hey Girls, Weird day here. We have Honor Roll dance, and track meet. I have 10-11 kids out today. So, the kids I have left are watching School House Rock. This has been the longest week too. Can't wait for it to be over, haha. We are going to the wedding rehearsal tonight. I am the wedding coordinator tomorrow...so I am in charge of stuff! VIP...haha. Again, these are the girls I married in Sept, but now they are having a huge wedding and dinner for 120! Other than that...we are relaxing a bit and Sus will have a double header Sunday evening. It is supposed to be 85 Sunday...and almost 90 on Tuesday! aaahhh! Did I mention that next Sat. we are going to the mens semi finals at the Tennis Gardens? Can't wait! It is part of the birthday gift I got for her (and for me too). Then on April 2, we are going to see Melissa Ethridge! I like these gifts...that I get to enjoy too. Ok..enough about me! xoxoxox

HAHA...this is totally me! If I even half way know the song...I will sing it in my head too! I LOVE our sleep timer in bed...because in 30 min, the room is dark and quiet...and we are both snoring away, lol! Women are cerebral...we are thinkers. Men are physical and they are doers. Now, women are TOTALLY doers too...but we've thought about what we need to do first! HAHA Good discussion! Off topic...when is everyone else buying their tix to AL. Susie, most women do this. Going to bed is tough for MANY women...our minds wont shut off. Everything from what am I wearing tomorrow to big problems. I can NOT fall asleep w/o TV. I set it for 30 min, and MAKE MYSELF listen to the TV. My mind will start to wander, but I lay there, close my eyes, and focus on what the TV is saying...lol! It works, and may also for you in the middle of the night! Don't wanna work today. My tattoo is sore, and it was a bitch to wash my hair. Oh well...I am BLESSED to have a job, so I won't complain. I just joined Twitter last weekend. Actually, I like Facebook soooo much more. I am soooo enjoying reconnecting w/ everyone too...and jus keeping tabs on daily friends! Twitter it TOO much of an up-to-minute bother.

Hey girls~ The tattoo is done! The purple violets are sooooo pretty...the green is rich and make the purple pop...the pink is great! These are my favorite colors...I love it! Even Susanne, who hated it at first and was not happy, thinks it is cute! Can't wait to show my violets to my violets! Good Morning Girls~ Congrats Michelle!! I need a fill too, but am waiting until after April 15th! Although I am in need...I still PB (totally my fault) about 1x week. I have too much going on to worry about it now. Well, we made it to the gym finally this week. The first couple of days after daylightsavingstime was too painful...but today was doable. At first, I was not gonna go...then Susanne curled up next to me and said, "Why, you said you wanted to go...are you sure?" This all in coversation mode. Like I wanna talk at 4:30...so I just bit the bullet, and got up. I feel glad I did!:thumbup: I won't be able to work out the next 2 or 3 days because of the tattoo. I am hopefully getting it finished (or close to finished...what a pain LITERALLY). We have minimum day today..then meetings all afternoon:cursing:. Morning Violets~ Another day here. Teach the children well, grocery store, home to work. BLAHBLAHBLAH! I set the alarm for 4:30am...just could NOT do it today. My body still feels like it is 3:30am. So...feeling slothy, and fat. Ate great yesterday...didn't faulter once...even had frozen yougart (just a bit) for dessert! Nothing else to report yet. OMG...Loved Big Love last night! It is soooo good, can't believe there are only 2 episodes left. I was slightly disappointed in L Word...they crammed a lot into this season. All in all...I was pleased. Now I need to work on Susanne so we can watch DWTS and AI...she hates these kind of shows.

Morning Girls~ Thank you for your kind words. Yesterday I put the entire diss together. Prior, it had been in chapters, appendi, table of contents files on my desktop...now it is in ONE. Very emotional time! I will give it a day or two and go back and look at the acknowledgments...I know there are some gramatical errors to address (any ideas Michelle). I am tired, as is the entire country with the exception of Arizona. While this is my FAVORITE TIME OF THE YEAR...I am a bit pooped out w/ the lack of one hour. This is not going to be a good workout week for me. I skipped today, will TRY tomorrow and Wed., but Thursday and Friday I can't because of the tattoo. I will try to life weights on Sat. and not sweat too much. Oh well. Everyone have a good day! I'll log on from work but not sure how much time I have to read today :confused: love ya, xooxoxxo

Hey V's~ I did so much work today...got a headache the size of Texas. Hate that! I watched the FINAL episode of L Word and now watching Big Love. Sad that L Word is over...great show!
