Susie, I think it is the BMI too that "impacts" or establishes healthy. I feel fantabulous at 240, but am still "unhealthy". Laura, I'd pay the bill for the family, then move my ass off of their plan ASAP. You don't want to leave 'em in the lurch, but to "cut the cord" at this stage in the game is not a bad idea now.

Hey Gang, My back is a bit better, but it is moving. I have the authorization to get an abdomen scan, but don't want to if this is just back trouble. I will give it until Monday to see. I took my last anitbiotic yesterday so I will see how the weekend plays oout. I haven't missed any school. We are in state testing and unless my ass is in the hospital...my ass better be here. Been a rough week. I am looking forward to this evening...and a bloody cocktail! I'll go home afterschool, chill and put my muscle stim machine on. I need a nap...and a fill. You wont believe the size of the sandwhich I just inhaled. I am getting one next week on the 7th. ttfn

I used it last night before I worked at the street fair, and I am using it right now as I type. I felt great after yesterday, but having to work all night, didn't help. We had a school close in our district for this flu. It is an elementary school. I HOPE WE DON'T CLOSE. What everyone doesn't think of is that the missed days MUST be made up. I don't wanna...and it better not get near my vacay to Bama! Today is work, then we are going out to dinner w/ the principal! He is retiring this year and so 20 of us will take him out! Morning Girls~ Took a muscle relaxer and a pain pill last night at 5pm! Was sleeping out here my 6...woke a 7...ate some ice cream...and went to bed! Even w/ the meds I was in pain, but at least I wasn't awake to "enjoy" the pain. I have a freakin' long day ahead! I have to work, meeting, appointments (going to doc on prep/lunch and after school) then I will work at the street fair tonight until 10:30pm! Man...that sucks! My back is still hurting, but honestly is a bit better. The less I use it the better, but after the day I will have, I am fearful that it will return bad later. Kinda hard to teach while sitting...fun day for the kids ahead! Wish me luck! I am tired of complaining about myself...haha! Have a great day!

Just got back from doctor. Feel a bit better, but he is worried about the kidneys. Wants me to get an ultrasound if not better. I have to work at the street fair tomorrow from 5.30 to 10.30pm! After working all day. He did order me a muscle stim machine. Can't believe it.

Hey, Back is killing me...actually I have sharp pains all over my back and on my sides too. Kidneys?? I dunno! I am going to doc on break and lunch. I've taken 2 Advil for breakfast on an empty stomach, then my friend gave me a Motrin 800...i can barely walk. And oh yes...I am at work. F*^K...thats right...I said it!

They are all great and these are my fav 5 and have been since the beginning. Did not like Anoop or Lil!! I love that little girl, cant think of her name, but if I could sing...I'd want to sing like her! My back is still killing me. I went to doc and did the electic stim machine for 25 min. I swear, I am tired of hearing myself complain about this hurts and that hurts. Enough already! My back is KILLING ME! The kids are finishing up their tests and I just wanna scream. I've taken 3 Tylenol, and am still yelping in pain. This has been a rough year for me health wise. But it is the most exercise I've ever had. ???

Yeah...you saw it before. It was called Fatal Attraction. Now it has black folks. I liked it...it was a great afternoon diversion from life. Not sure I recommend it to anyone, but it was a nice escape for the afternoon.

Morning Girls~ Tracy, what needs to be looked at is her self esteem and her need for attention. DH should ask her WHY she feels the need to get this type of attention. While it is very popular w/ kids these days (and sexting too), the real question is "what are you NOT getting somewhere else in your life and why do you crave this attention?" Good luck...14 year old girls are TOUGH to deal w/. I suck on the workouts and feel so bad after everyones nice and positive comments yesterday! I came home and THOUGHT we were going to work out. I walk in and the house is spotless(she was off yesterday). She comes out of the back, naked and freshly showered w/ wet hair (Knew the gym was off then). She says, "I hope you are not mad." ooooo no! She had completely cleaned out all the kitchen cabinents, threw away old crap/food/spices/junk. All the cabinents were lined and ORGANIZED! Who could be mad at that??? So she finished getting ready, we ran some errands, hooked up w/ Stef, went to see Obsessed (Beyonce's new movie), and went to Mexican for dinner! SOOOOO FAR FROM THE GYM! And then didn't work out this morning either since we both need to be in before 7am! Working on it...but not there yet this week! Have a good day!

I am reading a great book...American Wife, by Curtis Sittenfeld. It is outstanding. Hey Girls~ Tracy...take care of yourself. I agree, throwing up sucks, although since getting the band, I've gotten pretty good at it. :smile2: I live in the most beautiful place. Sure it is very hot in the summer, but i have this spectacular mountain about 2 1/2 miles from my house...and it frames Palm Springs so nicely! We lounged all morning, I napped. We are babysitting Oscar (Stef's dog) so we decided to go to the park. They were having this community thingy, free hamburgers, chips, soda, music, booths, etc. I was asked to work one of the booths for the HRC but I couldn't committ to the time...so I went in support instead. Anywho...we had a nice time. It is 80 degrees and just perfect. We then took Oscar to Walmart!!! Too funny...it was his first time! Then we ran a couple more errands and are now home in our PJ's (it is 4pm)! Terry, I LOVE that pix of Hero. What a big baby...and very photogenic. OK...off to veg, grade some papers, watch boob toob...and relax! xoxoxo

Morning Girls! Well...who the hell wakes up at 4am on Saturday???? We do! Can't believe it, but we both woke at 4...and made coffee and decided to stay up. Will work on a nap later this morning, lol! The trip to Florence will be from July 2-July14. I get to spend my birthday in Italy again! Remember last year, I was in Rome on my bday! We are staying in Florence for the entire 11 days, but we are near the train station and will take day trips to various destinations, Venice, Milan, Piza, etc. I know Jackie and Melissa want to go to Rome, but we might skip it this year. I want to go to the museums, cafes, and really feel the Italian experience. Everyone says it is so much nicer than Rome, in that, there will be less Americans...less of the BIG CITY FEEL! I had a dream we were on a cruise. I was eating toast and there was this plastic on it...take was mistakenly left on. Weird. Not sure what we are doing today. I am sure a nap is in our future. We are going to Florence for 11 days!We are going w/ our friends Jackie and Melissa...should be fun. We are staying at this hotel downtown Florence, and it is a 3 min walk from the train station...so we will go to Venice, Milan, Tuscany, etc on day trips. Morning Girls~ Yes...much better today! Amazing difference from yesterday and 1000x better from Tuesday at 8am! I am going back to work and have a ton of stuff to do to make up for what I've missed.
