Morning violets~ It has been so quiet in here this weekend! I've been chillaxing, grading papers and watching TV. I did get feedback from the editor on diss, so I'll work on that this week! Hey Girls~ Terry...thinking about you sista! If you want to hop on a plane and come to my party...there is more than enough room! A little weekend getaway! ((hugs)) Well, I am pedi'd, waxed, colored, and guess what! I've got a huge mass of small blister bump thingys (I think what Tracy had) under the right side of my nose! Just in time to be the center of 100 PICTURES!:smile2::smile2::thumbup: F*#K!!! You will be able to see it on the pix and vid FROM ACROSS THE ROOM! It is a fever blister and it is from stress. Plus I think I've put on 30 pounds this week. I am hella puffy! I just thought about something...I have a meeting today, which means I have potty access!!! I am gonna pop a water pill! Today I am picking up my gown and relaxing w/ my sweetheart! Her parents get her tomorrow and then my step mom is here on Friday. Like here, at this house here! Off to think of a name for my freakin' ugly ass blister nose thingy...AAAAHHH:thumbdown::mad::laugh::smile2::thumbup::):thumbup:

Michelle and Haydee, My friend just did the taking of the waters on Sunday...she spent 5 hours there...for $99.00! We can do whatever we want and I am going to check w/ bro for some other perks he can comp for us. (Michelle and Haydee will be staying at the Spa Hotel and Casino for two of the 3 nights they are here. Susanne had a free two night coupon that was going to expire so we booked it for them). OK..the kids are doing Book Mosaics for Phantom Tollbooth! Me, I just realized I am getting a nearly $9,000 raise next year!!! The stipend for the doctorate kicks in and the salary step is $6,500 K!!! woohoo

Kat, I am almost ready. Tomorrow is color, pedi, wax. I did buy a nice blouse today, but I may wear one of Haydee's that she sent me. Still thinking! Trying to stay mellow. I wish everyone could be there, but I did order the DVD. If anyone is interested, I'll bring it and you can see my ONE MINUTE speech while we are in Ala! And I share w/ the other violets too. My bro will video it! BTW...is anyone bringing a puter on our vacay? I will need to hop on one at some point, I am ending a semester that weekend too! WHAT??? Rodeos rock! Tracy, I would imagine that in Texas, there are rodeos every weekend. You should go w/ Macy...she would love all the animals! Mom will love all the cute cowboys! Frank will love all the action! FUN FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. Janie...run don't walk to the gay rodeo...just as tough, but lots of fun!

I didn't feel the Earthquake...we were still at the game at 8:30! But little earthquakes are VERY GOOD...they relieve pressure. I like hearing about little ones! Laura, I've been meaning to say that I am glad you got the book. I gave that book to both my mom and dad for Mother's and Father's Day...and they both cried! Good Morning Violetas~ Another busy, albeit, far less busy week ahead! Today is some shopping for something to wear. I have a few things here...but just gonna go check things out. I need to take the gown in to be pressed too. Tomorrow, I get my hair colored, pedi and wax (the brows are unruly). Wednesday, I don't work! I have meetings all day at the district office...but no work!! That is a nice break in the week! Thursday, Susanne's parents arrive! Friday, my step mom arrives! Hey Girls, Michelle, glad you had fun! ((Terry))...thinkin' about you sista! Went to a very fun party yesterday. My principal is retiring and threw a great party, bartenders, carne asada taco company...they cooked ALL NIGHT...and a mariachi band! We were all out by the pool and the vibe was perfect! The bartenders are the same guys that will be at my party too! We had some KICKYOAZZ margies, and I did a few shots! But then we ate and talked relaxed and I sucked down some diet cokes...all was good! We left about 8:30 (party started at 3:30, and it was still in full swing when we left). Came home watched some boob tube and went to bed. Then went to the trainer today (kicked our ass) then shower. Susanne went shopping at the outlets (we have a huge outlet mall 20 min away) and I laid on the couch. Then we went to lunch (about 2:30) then to Wally world! There is this great seafood place (very casual) and I get a grilled salmon salad. I could only eat a bit, but am looking forward to it later. Have a great night everyone! xoxo
