Good Morning Ladies~ Well, I had a LONG meeting w/ Jose Cuervo yesterday!!! Actually, Jose (about 5 shots) and a bottle of champagne (on ice). I swam for about 3 hours as well! I was the drunk girl at the party yesterday...haha...but I was up at 6 am and at the gym! Damn near killed me but I did 35 min of cardio, inner and outer thighs, back and ass! I am starving but other than that...I feel pretty good! We had fun at the party. They have a pebble bottom salt water pool and it was devine to float (balance on the noodle) and drink champagne on ice! That is a great drink! And it mixes well w/ tequila too! HAHA. Today, we are gonna shower and run some erands. Then probably come home early and put the pjs on! I made some chix and rice the other day, which I PB'D ...humm wonder why?? (haha). But we have some left overs and perhaps I can choke in some chix SLOWLY. I keep hearing about slowly...but am always STARVING when I go to chew. OK...this is my last time posting from my classroom this year! It has been a great year, far better than w/ Manuel last year. I'll pop in later from home before the party. Two of my dear friends, Jackie and Kristen (Jackie and Melissa Jackie) got RIF notices today (Reduction in Force) or pink slips today. We are going to Italy w/ Jackie and Melissa and I feel sooo bad for them. Hopefully, they will be able to save some of these positions. As it is now we are going to have a TON of students in our classrooms next year! Kristen is getting married in Nov. and is freakin' out. It is very hard to see my friends go through this. Morning Girls~ IT IS THE BEST DAY OF THE YEAR!!! I wonder what is happening today???hhummm? Kat~ have a good cry! Listen to you fav sad song or watch a sad movie if you have time and bawl your eyes out (even if it is 10 min). You will feel better. We all need to do that from time to time, and I think you will feel much better! It is 92 today, then 90 tomorrow (windy as hell for 2 weeks), 95 on Wed., then 107 on Thursday:eek:. WoW. I think we are driving down to San Diego on Thursday to meet my dear friend Sarita for lunch. She lives in Vegas w/ her hubby and three great kids under 5. We have seen them almost once a year for the last few years...looking forward to it! Today, after our 1/2 day of school, we are going to a party...should be fun! I need to run by the tailors and have her put elastic in my shorts. Why are they not putting elastic in "fat girl" shorts???? I mean really. I put 'em on, they fit fine, then I sit down and they stretch out and then they hang on me all day! I hate belts too because I don't need anything else around my waist. Hola Chicas~ We slept in until 5:50am...I need to work on this. We did lounge in bed until 8:30, dozing and watching the Sunday Morning show. I thought of Judy too when I watched about the chours. I want to do that, but am too busy now. Then we went out back to hang out w/ Klausy, clean his poop, he hit my right need w/ his big hard head, and I have a red egg! Hurt like hell...and will hurt all week. Then when I was pulling weeds, he came and knocked my so hard on the head I cried. My right jaw hurt that is how hard he hit me. I have a weird feeling and am very sleepy...damn, it still hurts. We hung out w/ him for an 1.5 hours, but I am still woozey. He abused me! Came in and showered, and went online. I need to work on edits, but may need a quick nap...I am soooo sleepy I think from crying. Going to do nothing today...work on edits, watch TV, make a chicken and rice dish. Chillax! Good Morning Ladies~ Thanks for the new thread. I popped in last night, well, correction...I TRIED to pop in. Jane is right...did anyone post anything important last night that I missed. Well, we have Johnny today. We had fun w/ him yesterday but boy, is he a ton of energy. Went to Applebees (I didn't see you there Judy:wink:) and I only ordered some appetisers. I ended up not paying attention and PB'ing in the trash can. Then we went by the skate park and watched the older boys do "tricks" on the boards. Johnny liked it. Then home to take a bath, which he loves so much I had to add warm water and then after about 30 min, give him a 5 min count down. Then we drew pictures w/ this cool marker thing I bought him w/ Super Bright markers. We watched Kung Fo Panda and then went to bed about 10.30. About 10 to 11 I said, "ok...time to close your eyes" (we were watching disney) and he said, "ok...I love you Pam Pam"...then he passed out! I am hoping he sleeps in for a bit...Sus and I got up @ 6 to watch the soaps before the disney channel takes over. But she is outside sweeping! Oh Yeah...she wanted me to tell Michelle and Haydee that I vaccuumed again! Today we are going to see UP...then the park or something before mom picks him up @ 3. Hey Girls, Last hour of the last full day. There was a food fight today that was advertised on MySpace! Just another day in middle school. There have fights, kids throwing chairs in classes. It is just survival from here. My class (angels) are watching Eye of the Beholder from the original Twilight Zone shows. HAHA...I love that I've turned on an new generation to TZ. Can't wait to see my little man! I miss his face! xooxox

BUENOS FREAKIN' DIAS VIOLETAS! I am a bit 'cited to put this year to bed. Even though I work on Monday 1/2 day...then we go to this fun pool party w/ tons of drinky-poos and carne asada! I thought I was going to wait until Bama to have a drink...but I forgot about this party. Today, my cutest little man is coming to "pend the night" w/ his Pam Pam. We are going to my friends twin 7 year old's play...her dd is the Wicked Witch of the West in Oz! Johnny will go w/ us, then we go eat something, then home to take his Spider Man bath (bubbles). He will sleep w/ us then tomorrow, we are going to see Up! He is soooo excited, and has had his suitcase packed by the door for a week! He is driving his mom and the nanny crazy w/ packing and repacking his stuff. He will be 5 at the end of July and right now...I am enjoying the fact that he thinks I hung the moon. In a few years, he wont want anything to do w/ his Pam Pam...'cept $. I'll pop in from work. I love my new puter! oxoxox

Last night we went out to Burgers and Beer and I ordered a machaca burrito (it is pretty small..and only cost 3.99!). Anyway, I opened it up and loved it w/ some sour cream. It is shredded beef, tomatos and peppers and onions...mmmm. Tonight, we went out again and I ordered a 1/2 order of a Cobb salad and at 2/3 of it (an a few pieces of bread...BAD GIRL). have a great night! xoxoxox

Hey Girls~ Not sure if I posted yet today...but I am on my NEW PUTER! I like it very much. I swear, I am watching the minutes tick by today. I was gonna stay after school but I got so much done. I think I am gonna go home at 2 and take a quick nap before Susanne's apt w/ the doc...she is FINALLY gooing to my ENT for her allergies. I got my ch. 4 and 5 back from the editor. She hadn't given those to me...and I've been waiting. I wanted to have ALL the edits done before the last day of school, but now that is moved to next week sometime. Ch. 4 is gonna take me a while, ch. 1 and 2 took 7 hours...and ch. 4 is 70 pages alone:eek:. Thanks Judy...I am excited to move into rt college, not just online. I worked on my curriculum vitae today. It was great to finally update that last degree:biggrin:. Again, I am not looking yet...just inquiring about the 2010-2011 school year. I read a bunch from everyone today in passing...and now can't remember what I wanted to say. 50 more min...Lawd help me! Did I mention that movie, The Proposal was SOOO good. Still thinking about how cute it was!

Hey Girls! HAVE FUN TERRY! I think I missed you, but have fun anyway...and I also hope you come home w/ some peace! It is on the way! Busy Busy for me! The Proposal was GREAT! Comes out Friday...very good movie! We have 2.5 days left. Started breaking down the class yesterday and have 2 days more to do. We are out Monday at 11:30am!!! Sadly, they are laying off 123 teachers in our district...everyone is on edge waiting to hear if it is "them". I am not in danger, being in the district 13 years...but my friends are worried...so it is a sad time. I did hear from Cal State San Bernadino, Palm Desert campus. I am inquiring teaching for the university. Slow at first, but depending on the salary...perhaps full time down the road. I will send my letter of interest and vitae next week. It is hard to think about leaving public school...the $ is off the hook good ( I know it is not the popular opinion) so any university would have to knock my socks off w/ $ to leave public school forevver. Anyway...I am just excited about starting this. We will see! Got a new puter at work...I'll post when I can from the new puter! xoox

Morning Girls~ or Grills as Johnny says! I will work on the movement thing...I am breaking down the classroom today...lots of bending and stretching. What do I like about myself?? I am funny, smart, and doggoneit...people like me (ala Stewart Little...SNL). Kat, thanks for thinking of this. We need to stay positive ALWAYS...even when times are tough. Going for my second opinion today on my eyes (lift). My doc goes on vacay right when we come back from Italy, and wont be back until Aug. Well, early Aug we go to Tahoe to spread dad's ashes. I am trying to nail down some dates from my step mom but it is VERY TOUGH on her to even think about it. So, I am forced to go to another doc to get his opinion...and if the dates work, I'll go to him. I don't want to because I see my doc at the gym every day (when I go)...would feel weird if after I paid for my consult, that I go to someone else :cursing: Anywho...right now we are going out to eat at Burgers and Beer tonight, then to go see Sandra Bullocks new movie w/ Stefanie. We have free passes for the preview tonight, but the movie does not come out until Friday. This is subject to change because Susanne worked until 11:30 last night...after working ALL DAY TOO...and is already gone at 5:50am. OMG...glad she is ok Haydee. T-bone is dangerous. My neices and nephew got into an accident on Sunday w/ their nanny. The 10 year old and the 8 year old cried and the almost 4 year old nephew didn't cry. They were ok, but shaken up! Send her our love and purple healing power! xoxo

Hey Girls~ Busy day. We had the new principal come visit. Ours is retiring this year. The new one is a friend of mine...I am happy he is here! Then we had Talent Show, 6th grade slide show, then we opened the Toy Box (the box of crap I collect all year. I go to the dollar store and buy crap to add to it as well). Now we are watching Monster House! Then at 2pm we are having a cake reception for the new principal (I'll pass...someone brought me salt water taffy from Knotts Berry Farm and I feel like I've had too much sugar), then a mammo at 2:30! Could the day get any better? I am going to my fav. Mex resturaunt for dinner and getting it to go since Sus is gone all afternoon/night...and she hates Mex. food so I get it when she is gone! Other than that...grade papers, and watch TV. The Celebrity show...well, I don't think I've ever hated/disliked/was disgusted by anyone more than Spencer Pratt. What a complete waste of a man. On his way out the 2nd or 3rd time he said, "I don't volunteer...I get paid!" Um, he is there for charity. He is a complete tool...yet I turned in just to get pissed at him (WTH?) I like Daniel Baldwin...he makes sense a bit. Steven "baptising" the dick head...give me a break! I am not one for convienent Christianity. He was so mean to people, but spouted the Lord this and that. I swear, I'd have to knock him into Tuesday if I were there. HAHA...pretty pissed now, just typing it. Busy day...got to work, then get a mammo due to the girls being painful and sore all the time. Doc is thinking it is hormones. Laura, can I ask how much a fill is? That sucks. I paid 6k upfront for 5 years of fills. My friend paide 6k for 2 years of fills (Cathy, who was 4 months after me). I don't have anything in writing either. THEN I FOUND OUT HE IS BILLING MY INS FOR THE FILLS TOO! Double dipping...but there is nothing I can do about it.
