Hey Girls~ Judy...that is terrible! So sorry, it is something I have dreaded for years, to mourn a student (or former student). We went swimming today at Stefs house. Got a bit crispy. Sus was topless and "the girls" really got it! Had a fun and relaxing day. Susie, last week you mentioned about being "stealth" on Facebook. Is that is something that is real? Can it be done? Please let me know if you know something. OK..waiting for BB! I already know who is nom'd and who got veto. It is one of my fav guilty pleasures!

Hey Girls~ Well the jet lag saga continues. I was POOPED last night and went to bed at 7.30! I took some Tylenol PM's and passed out. Woke up at 1.30 and peed...almost ready to get up. Went back to sleep until 5.30..and feel foggy but better! Judy, have fun! This afternoon, I am going to a mini reunion w/ the girlies from high school. It is about an hour away...but am really looking forward to seeing the girls. Joni flew in from FL to San Francisco to Janee's house...and they drove down yesterday to Wendy's house. Tish, Brit, Mandy, Becky and I will drive in from Palm Springs to meet them about an hour from here. Should be fun. Susanne is opting out of a night of "remember when" "remember when". Hey Girls, I've been up since 3 am...but at least we got some of the unpacking done! Now we have 4 LARGE piles of dirty clothes in the living room!:scared2: Isn't that where everyone keeps their dirty laundry. We will get to it later. I love all my "stuff" I got in Italy. I am a bit spoiled, but I LOVE everything. It was great to see all the stuff I bought. 6 purses and 2 wallets is a bit much. 4 scarfs, 7 pair of earrings, 3 necklaces, 2 crusifixes (sp) for the house, a leather bound address book, a cool whistle charm for my charm bracelet, gifts gifts and more gifts for everyone! Lots of loot... OK...have a great day everyone! I am looking forward to reading my book, The Abstinence Teacher by Tom Perrotta. It is GREAT! I ended up buying Loose Girl again and finished it in Italy. It was great but it didn't "close" well, and the last 2 pages left me wanting more. Uh oh...Sus just walked by w/ an armfull of laundry...I should go see where we are moving it too! xoxoxoox

AHHH...that is so cute! I love the part about him telling you about his toys! I wish I could kiss him and sing the Oscar Meyer Weiner song to him! Well, up again at 3.30am...and slept at 10pm. Still trying to get my body back on track. Susanne fell to sleep at 5pm last night and slept on the couch until we went ot bed at 10! She is up w/ me now...watching the soaps. Today she has a couple of appointments and we are still unpacking. pop in later girlies!

Hola chicas~ I am still doing the jet lag thang. Yesterday I passed out at 4pm...slept until 7pm. Back to sleep at 9pm...until 2am! Finally out of bed at 3am up watching TV (BB from showtime) and playing on the puter. Then back to sleep at 5am until 7am! Susanne had an appointment today at 9, so we've been running. Went to breaky w/ Stef and then ran some errands..then went to see Public Enemy w/ Johnny Depp! HUBBA HUBBA! Great movie... Now we are home chillaxing. Still unpacking VERY SLOWLY! Laura...I am w/ Tracy on the Cry Analyzer? That is a cool gadget! Judy...sorry about the pool crapola. It is only 114 here...YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. It will be hotter this weekend! I hope you find some "fix" soon. BBL...everyone have a nice night! xoox

Just added the LAST album on Facebook...Italy 4 has some cute pix of us...not just old buildings. Tracy...good to see you! We've missed you and I second what Haydee said...quit leaving us:sad:

This trip could be summed up in 4 words: Planes, trains, buses, cabs! We took 3 flights there (3 back as well). We pre-bought 6 days of first class train tickets to go to Napoli, Milan, Venice, etc. We took buses as well both in town and metro subways. And took a few cabs too. We actually took a train to Viareggio, it stopped in Lucca (about an hour from Florence) due to the train workers STRIKING...and had to take a cab back to Florence to the tune of 130 euro (about 200 buckeroos). That sucked...but we were grateful to get back...could have been way scary if we were farther away. We also rented a driver to do the Tuscany day (more pix will be up later from Susanne's camera). We paid him 300 euro (about 475 bucks) to take us to Siena, Monterigginio, San Gigmignao and to our Tuscan picnic. That was an 8 + hour day. We really TRAVELED...that is why today we have glued our ass to the couch! The hotel was really fabu. We were really lucky and were happy to have it so centrally located in Firenze. The service was wonderful and the breakfast was great! As for food...well...we had a full breaky everyday at the hotel (pre paid). Sus and the girls had big breakfasts, but me...not so much. I PB'd some eggs early in the trip so I had 2 cups of coffee, tomatoes, 3 small pieces of salami and some swiss cheese every day. I would drown it in Balsamic vinegar...a true Italian breakfast. We did some wine tasting (pix on Sus's camera) and ordered some kick ass wine and olive oil. Got drunky too! She is getting the camera now...look for more pix on FB in a min.

Pics are up on Facebook. There are three albums, but I picked some of my favs from the 665 pix I took! Haydee, the weather was super hot and we walked everywhere. We were soaked! But hey...so was everyone else. Did I mention we walked everywhere?? I mean seriously...I went through a brand new pair of shoes! We walked and walked...then had some water and walked some more. But we were having so much fun! Pompeii was 1000 DEGREES...that was really hot! I did not feel like we lacked exercise one bit! But I am hoping to get back to the gym tomorrow or Friday at the latest. Tracy...thanks for the BB email! We came in last night and the veto was on. I taped it and then taped the show time thing...but have not caught up yet. Right now, we are in the middle of a Young and the Restless marathon...and then All My Children is next! I did see that asshole Jesse is back, haha! So you like it so far? Any other BB violets? I saw these small Violet candies in Florence. They were these beautiful little bags of small lavendar hard candies, wrapped w/ purple ribon and little violet flowers. I wanted to get them for you all, but they were 5 euro each...and that is about $7.50 in dollars. But I was thinking about you all! xoxoxoox

They had a nice "vacay" here...and took great care of the baby! Also she left schnitzl, hot potato salad, and German meat loaf!!! Today is a day of lounging and eating the aforementioned foods! Tomorrow is getting my fill again...and starting to dig out of the mess we have in our kitchen/den! I bought 6 leather purses...two wallets...scarfs, earrings, and on and on an on. Laura...I got one shot glass for a friend and didn't get your email until last night! I did get you a surprise from Florence (Firenze)...one for all the girls! OK back again. The doctor said he never thought about flying and fills, but said it made sense...and then thought about another patient who traveled abroad alot...and who also has trouble when flying. He said the air pressure could effect the band. He thought it could be a great article in the Lapband World. Also, we talked about when I flew to Reno or Phoenix, I did not notice it. But flying longer distances did. Anywho...that is the story. I already made an appointment for the 16th to get my fill back. And...the best part...I had lost 5 pounds since May 7th, when I had the fill! Pretty good for all the margies. I blame the workouts though. Ok ladies...I LOVE YOU ALL AND WILL MISS YOU TERRIBLY. Tracy, if you could send me emails blurbs about Big Brother. Just short blurbs about who we love, who we hate...etc. I hate that I am missing the first episodes. Whatever the date is...I should be able to get there by Sat. We state test into late May, but I can always fly in Friday after school. I am CONVINCED that flying messes w/ my band. I was not right in bama...ya'll witnessed the pb'ing of cottage cheese. I was not right, don't know how to xplain it. I feel better today, but am still glad to be getting a small unfill for the trip. My last trip this summer is going to Tahoe and we are driving through San Fran. I think it is the air pressure or something from flying.

WHO DIED??? Haydee, I just sent you an email about the dates in May. I asked my principal and went to the Cal. Dept. of Ed. website and figured it out. I had to send it from my work email...it has my name in it. Who died?

OOOOOO THE FUN! We are off and running...and arguing already. It is crunch time and since my MIL will be here by 11am we are trying to get everything packed before...so we can relax and visit. The fact that I am sitting here on the puter is going over like a lead ballon...considering she is ironing my clothes. Gotta go and "look busy". She was up at 4 am and scrubbed the kitchen floor!!! I'll go to the store now and then go and get some euro...and check the mail. Getting a small unfill later. Today I am feeling a bit better, but I'll be in the air again tomorrow for MANY HOURS...and I think that is what messes me up. xoxooxoxox

'xactly! Getting a small unfill tomorrow. With the traveling etc., I am a hurting unit. I DO NOT want to be sick in Italy, and from yesterdays travel etc., I am sick today...just nauseated. Yougart made me hurl this am! Pretzles helped (the salt helps w/ nausea, but woman can not live on pretzles alone). Off to go to Loma Linda (about 45 min away) w/ Susanne for an appt. @ the VA.
