Hey Girls~ I suck! Woke up at 4:30 but changed the alarm and went back to bed :confused:. I couldn't fall asleep thinking about the house. Now we are doing the normal "WTF are we doing" emotions. Scared! Sigh...still moving forward but worried. So I was up late, and couldn't wake for the gym. Could barely wake an hour later when Sus was out of the shower! Anywho...that is the excuse (albeit real) of the day! Teaching, then quick meeting, then home to grade papers. Never made it to Michael Jackson thing...will try that later. HAVE A GREAT DAY! Pop in later from work!

WHY??? I think we should rock it out after some Janie's Famous Frozen Margies!!! LOL! We got our glasses, but I won't be able to wait until 10 to see it!! I see a DVR rewind in my future. I am shooting to go to the gym. My am coffee cup is out, sports bra, shorts/shirt and shoes ready to go. All I need is MY ASS DRESSED AND IN THE CAR BY 4:53AM! Wish me luck! oxox

Hey Chickies~ WHAT A CRAZY LONG DAY!!! Klaus doesn't have this "sleepingwithmymommies" thing down yet. 4am...he was up, and so were we! Been up since. I was the principal today....LLOONNGG DAY dealing w/ naughtiness! But it did FLY by! Then a couple errands and then met our agent at 4:30!!! Are you ready! WE ARE GONNA PUT IN AN OFFER ON A HOUSE. I am gonna post the link here RESIDENCE 2 and send you a few pix. It is OUTSTANDING! Janie, so sorry the tweezers turned into a mess. I'd like to take care of cost and shipping! You do rock honey...thanks! We have a flip but haven't used it yet. Maybe we will soon, perhaps on the new house! I LOVE my Kindle. I am a book collector and I still love my kindle. I love the ease, convenience and it feels better than holding a book. You know when you get in bed, and you are all set up...and then you have to adjust each page for the lighting, etc...well, you just stay put w/ the kindle! I am reading The Open by Andre Agassi now...LOVE IT...but have been a huge fan of his for years! OK...off for now. I'll post in the am. Hey Girls~ Man, I have not felt well for 2 days. Not sick...but my head hurts. Uggg...I have a meeting all day then getting my color done. We looked at a few houses last night. I think we are still leaning towards the dream house. I want to sell this one. I have a $650 note on it, and could rent it out for about 12-1400, but then my ins goes up and as 2 of you know...this is an old house (a good one, but old). So, after thisthatandtheother, I wouldn't get much income from it. I'd rather sell it at a "priced to sell" price, then put the extra on the new principal. NO WONDER MY HEAD HURTS. We are rationalizing it this way...this will be our last house...and we are getting up there a bit (Sus will be 47 on March 6th!). Instead of spending our $ on a ton of this and that, we should focus our dollars to our dream. SIGH...I'll keep you posted...let me know if I bore you!!! Did you see the lady who lived to be 110??? wow! Janie, I would think the internet, if not just ebay, would be a great place for you to find it. I'd be hella pissed, I LOVE my smellygoods! Judy, glad they got home ok! I bet Ethan was shocked!!! Do you ever just "sit"? I'd be couch bound after a week w/ a 3 yr old! Michelle and Haydee, (all the girls) mi casa es su casa...where ever the house is. I'd LOVELOVELOVE to host the next get together AT MY DREAM HOUSE!!! OK...off to put my face on. I am wearing sweats today...just to sit in a meeting, I don't need to bring my A game! LOVE you girls!

Can't believe it and hate it so much! Michelle~ i hope you are settling in. It would be hard after a relaxing vacay to jump back in. Usually, cause I have summer off, I have down time, after vacay. A few years ago, I was back at work when 3 days earlier I was in Fiji!!! Couldn't believe I was walking in the hallway. Can't wait to see pix! Haydee~ make no compromise on your big day...but let some stuff go just to keep the peace. CAN'T WAIT to eat whatever, dance to whatever, etc to whatever. Just gotta work on droppin' 70 lbs first. Judy~ you are the busiest retired person I know. How has your dust settled after your vacay? Seems like you jumped right back into life and Ethan. Hope they had a nice time in Hawaii!!! I am in a MOOOOOD today...por chillrens! Oh well... I know I need to workout in the mornging...makes me a better teacher, w/ more energy and focus. I havent worked out since last Wed or Thursday (excuse was rain:rolleyes2:) and feel sluggish. Want to eat mass quantities, lay around and become the inner blob that lives inside me. haha. OK...off to make lesson plans for Thursday and Friday. Kids are doing group work w/ learning partners...aaahhh...peace! xo

Hi Girls~ We spent the day looking at houses Literally all day. We have a few good ones to look at. Will work w/ our agent this week. John (my bro) can't be the agent anymore cause he moved his business up the hill. But we like the guy we met yesterday and will work w/ him. We really want the house from yesterday...bad. Oh well...it will help to get into some houses this week to get our mind off the dream home. Busy week this week. I have a meeting Thursday all day,and Friday I am "playing the principal". I have a sub and get to deal w/ naughty kids all day...sigh! Will keep you posted on the house hunt! It is fun, but we have jobs and that sucks! Need to work on being independently wealthy, haha. I grew up poor...I can dream! I am glad the Saints won, but sad the Jets lost. Oh well...the Steelers and Cardinals were out so it doesn't really matter anyway! Hey Girls~ We had to sleep on it...our minds were spinning. Being prequaled didn't help...cause we CAN make this happen. This morning we sat down and looked at $ in and $ out. While we CAN make it happen...we've decided that we don't WANT to live that close to the vest. What would a big luxurious house do, if when we have people over we can only give them Top Ramen and Keystone beer (not that there is anything wrong w/ that). The monthly payments would be about 2k each (taxes, ins., mortgage, etc)...and that doesn't include any bills yet! We are off to breaky and then we are going to look at some other less pricey houses that meets what we want...bigger kitchen, pool/spa, bigger bath. Additionally, this past week taught us we don't want a flat roof again!! (rain is evil on them). OK...thanks for the input. It was so helpful to hear. Writing down income and outcome helped us realize it is a bit too much. Plus, if something ever happened to one of us (God forbid) we would be in a bad place...in a bigass house, that we couldn't afford. bbl

Michelle~ We were just talking about you!!!! All good of course. SOOO glad your back, and can't wait to see pix! So are you tan, relaxed, and feelin' groovey??? WE are thinking of buying a brand spankin' new house, 4 bed, 4 bath 3000 sq. ft house. We were prequalified today for the loan...and are "discussing it" now. It is $600K but we can get it for $525 w/ a designer pool and spa by putting $50 down. Going back and forth. We both own homes, but want/need something new. Michelle and Haydee can attest to how freakin' small my kitchen is. What to do What to do??? Susanne said, Ask the Violets!?! So...what do you think??? Hey Girls~ Judy...that is terrible...so sorry to hear that. I hope you feel better. That sucks that nachos were the reason (or were they)...they are my bestest friend! Long tedious day here. Came home and picked up a rotisseri (sp) chicken from the store. We were both hungry so we had dinner at 3:30pm. Dishes (what little there were) are done, coffee is made for the morning, and the 3 of us are in the den, under blankets watching the soaps!!! We even danced together to this wonderful slow song that was on the radio...havent done that in a long time! Laura, OMG, I LOVED the vid of Carson...he is quite a little speed demon and your poor dog, lol!!! I loved it! Ok girls, gonna enjoy my evenign SANS work w/ my sweetheart! xoxoox

Hey Girls~ Well I didn't swim to the gym this am...It has POURED all night. I like listening to it since we really don't hear it a lot. Klausy stayed w/ us all night..I love having the 3 of us in the bedroom...I thank God for my little family everyday! Today is my mom's birthday!!! Happy Birthday mom...miss you! I set out to finish this f&^*ing paper but didn't...uggg! Gotta work on it later! Ok...pop in from work... Jane, today is another day! Last night I had BA over for dinner. I made pulled pork (all day in the crocker) German noodles, gravy/mushrooms, steamed zuccinni and salads. I only ate the meat, zuccinis and salad...but was STARVING 2 hours later????? The small cup of low cal ice cream worked....I just can't win!!

Michelle~ Your trip sound WONDERFUL! AAAHHH A TROPICAL VACAY!!! Enjoy every minute, every margie, every sunset!!! It is POURING RAIN HERE...I know I don't get to complain about the weather much. Off to look at Judy's pix before I write up the minutes from our meeting today! xooxox
