Hey Girls~ Michelle, you have a way w/ words...I loved reading your post, it was just like being there! Wishing Mo and your wallet a easy day! I am taking the day off....aaaahhhhhh! BUT, my stupid smoke alarm has been chirping all night. :( Not happy about it, and can't really fix it. Sus is gone to PHx. I have 10 ft ceilings...and she fell off a ladder this week, so we had the long talk about not standing on ladders when we are alone. As if I would...it is WAY up there...and I am not good on ladders at all. I also have to go into PS to take care of friends dog today. I said I would on Monday when I didn't know I'd be off today...but I promised. It is Stef's dog, Oscar. Oh well... OK...be back later! Make it a great day! xoox

The whole motrin issue is why we do not use advil w/ the band. These anti-inflamatory meds are hard on the gastrointestinal tracks (trust me...ended up in the er w/ "butt bleeding" from ibuprofen). If you need to take Advil or a Motrin med, do it w/ food, not before you lay down, and not for a long period of time. When my back acts up, I've cheated and taken them, but it is the only non narcotic I can take that helps at work. what hurts? knee?

Buenosfreakindias chicas~ GLEE was great, but now I am tired. Oh well...hump day and my stupid Language Arts meeting is canceled so woot woot!!! I realized that 1. I am BROKE. and 2. I have tons of stuff to wear to the wedding in my closet. 3. I am BROKE....so I guess I found what I am wearing. Well, maybe not "found" it yet, but it is in my closet...and I shall shop in there! I told ya'll about the mold in my old house? I have to replace the wall. My bro says, "sell that f^*ker" but I am keeping it for now. OK...what else??? Susanne is going to Phoenix for a couple of days, leaving tomorrow. I will just be chillaxing here. I am in the middle of Slash's autobioography...but, I went to amazon to preview Big Girl and downloaded it right away!!! IT LOOKS GREAT! I encourage all the violets to check it out. Hoping it will give me a bit of motivation! OK...off to put my face on...I'll pop in later! Still sore from the gym!!! Kinda thinking of going later, but if Susanne is leaving, maybe we will go have a date!

Hey Girls~ the last stretch of testing block SUCKS...kids are bored and tired of being quiet. The good news is that Susanne is subbing here today for the security guard. She was here yesterday too. I like seeing her around. The bad news is that the security guard she is subbing for is my new tenant...and he is missing a lot of work. He LIKES his new house...and I think he likes it a bit too much!

Just got into it w/a parent...that NEVER happens, they usually LOVE ME! I have this kid, that in the beginning of the year I called him, Columbine...he is violent, explosive, and yet, subtle which makes him more dangerous. He moved to another classroom, but returned at the semester for my Science class. He sees spiders, hears voices, and in math class he wrote, DEAD FEMALE twice on his notebook. We had a meeting w/ the mom and she said, "oh yeah, he saw this on the news!" about the dead female. I said, "we are not going to accept that as an excuse!" Then she got all butt hurt that I didn't tell her sooner. I said, right in front of the other 2 teachers, "I am not the only teacher here, why are you only addressing me?" I swear, the apple didn't fall far from that tree, the way she was looking at me, I'd be dead!!! Shake it off. Shake it off. I am pISSED! I am only worried about the wedding outfit...and that it is gonna be hot hot hot. I know the wedding is inside, is the reception? That will help make up my mind for sure. OK...I have no idea who the veggiesomethings are, but I like how Carson looked in that pic w/ the 3 of you...that is your next xmas card!!!

Hey Girls~ I am getting excited about our trip! Really gotta work on the outfit though. I got the rest of the weekend down, just need the main outfit. I am sure I will pull something off and look fanfreakintastic for my girlie's wedding!!! Tuesday...just can't fly by quick enough. We start our testing block and for the next 4 weeks, on Tues, Wed, Thursday, we have 30 min periods and a 2 hour block. IT MAKES THE DAY/WEEK FLY BY!!! OK, chickies, pop in later. We saw the movie at the film festival and it was REALLY GREAT!!! I came home and bought it for the Kindle. It is hard for me to get into that kind of book, just not my THANG, but the people at the movie (1000 in attendance) ALL read it, and LOVEDLOVEDLOVED it. And there is a part 2 and part 3. It is full of drama. You might like it. I made it to the gym today and worked out for an hour. I did 15 min on the eliptical and it was wayyy hard...kinda like up hill. But I did it. Then did 5 abs(way different machine) and then spilled my water. I did upper body, but left SWEATING TO DEATH!!! Felt good...hopefully I lost that pesky 70 pounds today so I don't have to go back! :thumbup: xooxoxox

Blue~ We don't live near each other but have been bff's since 2007. We are preparing to meet for the 3rd time next month!! In many ways, my violets know me better than people I see daily. These are true "sistahs" and we've seen each other through many ups and downs. I wouldn't trade my girlies for the world. We were just in AL last June...all of us...the day Michael Jackson died.

Hi Girls~ What the hell am I gonna wear at the wedding??? Gotta work on that! I am sleepy sleepy again...but had such a great weekend! Yesterday we didn't even get out of our pjs! Well, except to go in the cuzzi...it was a great day! I am *thinking (don't get too excited) about going to the gym after school. It is sooo hard to go after so I will wait and see. Waahhh...can't I just be skinny and healthy and skip the gym. pop in later from work.

Hey V's~ OMG Judy...10#6.5 oz???? YOWSER! Your kids have their bdays 1 day apart (did I read that right). That is cool. What goes on 9 months before? Birthday? Anniversary? We had a great night at a party last night...played rock band, had an amazing bbq (there were lamb-ca-bobs, brats, hamburger, hot dogs, pulled pork, day cooked beans...mmmm) and the hostess made the bestest ma'gritas (yes, I dropped 2 syllables). MMMMM I like ma'gritas! Today is TV, reading and I have to run to the grocery store quickly. xoxoxo

Hello Ladies~ AAAAHHH a beautiful Saturday morning!!! This week has been a long painful blur and today is off to great start! The windows are open, the waterfall is cascading into the pool, the coffee is YUMMY, and we bought our two ceiling fans last night...one new one for the great room and one for the bedroom. We will move the "old" fan into the guest suite. We are also gonna "gay this place up" (Rob's words ala Rob and Charles) and putting the great room on a dimmer switch. While the guy is here I will be reading by the pool. I will finish the Open FINALLY...then start Slash's autobiography. Then, a brief nap, and then going to a party this afternoon at 5ish!!!! It is a bbq, food, friends, Rock Band! What a loverly day! I hope everyone has a GREAT DAY!! xoxoox

OMG...I forgot!!! About 2 weeks ago, I thought about getting the man child a new outfit for his bday...and FORGOT. That sucks! Happy Birthday Carson. Happy bandaversary Laura...LOL...I missed mine too. woke up at 5:35 (35 min late) and it ruined the morning...hit the ground running. xo

Hey Girls~ Had a GREAT night w/ friends last night. Made pork roast that cooked for 12 hours...OMG it was like OMG!!! Made German noodles and gravy and salad. We sat outside and ate as the sun set!!! There are 4 empty bottles of beer and 3 empty bottles of wine in the trash...so a good time was had by all!!! I came home and had a TON of emails to read:wink::thumbup:. I chimed in w/ a yes! Text me if something is important and needs my attention...I wont get to my email until about 4 or 5. Can't check aol from work. OOOO I joined the gym here too!!! I was driving home, just PISSED at the world. I think I am really dealing w/ menopause (I've been peri-menopausal for about 5 years). At 3:30, I had to get up and turn on the AC...I was drenched. So, I was thinking about going to see the doctor to get some "bitch pills" and saw the guy shaking the sign saying 10/month membership. I swerved over 3 lanes and instead of turning left, I went right. I think I need to workout aagain cause it helps me manage the inner bitch. Can't stand it anymore. The last 2 days I came home and had a drink...which is fine, but I don't want to need it daily. And as much as I like a good "bitch pill" every now and then...I can't start now. I will deal w/ the night sweats...and work out. NOW TO GET MY FAT ASS TO THE GYM...then I'll really be in business!!! Well, since I slept like SHIT...I am exhausted. Think I am gonna take Monday off...just need 1 day extra. Just trying to save up for my 3 days off for the wedding. xoxoox pop in later

OOOO it was a banner freakin' day in my world...soooo much so I had to have a beer just to unwind. OK...off to watch Nurse Jackie...and GLEE IS ON TONIGHT...I'll watch it tomorrow or thursday, but just knowing it is on makes me happy!!!
