We are finally coordinating the hallways of years of mixmatch. The 8th graders will be in one hall (the one I am in now), 7th in another (the one I am moving into), and the 6th graders are moving out to the portables (portapoties...they smell bad). I was supposed to move to the portapotties, but was spared (after begging) to stay in the 7th grade hallway, since I teach 6,7 and 8th grades. Just put up pix on fb of what my classroom looks like...ooyy!

Michelle, we are still packing. Just got word YESTERDAY that our moving day will be Wednesday. Thought is was Tuesday, but we are doing it like a chain reaction thing...Jen moves to her room, Lisa moves into Jen's room, I move into Lisa's room, Vic moves into my room...and so on and so forth. I am out on Monday at a annual training thing that sucks....just a crazy time of year. Moving classrooms after 7 long years in the same room and using the same desk...ugggg. My principal came in sat down (as in an observation) and we were watching Wizard of Oz!!! He is sooo cool, he just said, "My kids love this movie!" So nice that he understands. off to make plans for next Mon...ugggg

Morning girls~ Can't wait to see the violets stamp!! Judy, I am so tired I read your post as: I have to trim the inlaws!! Haha...thank goodness I reread it, otherwise I'd worry about these poor people who need a trim. Today is packing up the rest of the classroom day! Oh yeah, the fun fun fun! Then I have a mtg at 2pm about moving...and I get to listen to everyone complain. Give me strength. I've always maintained that by April, all the grownups at work turn into assholes (myself included)...it makes for a long spring. I did realize that in the next 15 days of school, I am out for 3 of them (thought it was 2)...soooo that is cool. And this Friday is my last Friday of the year! Woohoo! Had the worst afternoon possible yesterday. AAA, pool guy, and this guy all hit at once...aaaaaahhhhhhhh. I accidently paid the Gas Co. 2x last month, and forgot to pay the electric!!:laugh: So we have a $80 credit w/ the Gas Co., and a $300 bill for electric. Then Sus and I got into a huge fight about this mess...and I cried. I did drink a beer and still manage to come in under on my points! On the upside, today can only get better...I hope! On July 9th, my birthday, we will be in Santa Barbara (georgous) and I will be marrying my dear friend from high school. Great way to spend my bday...a comp'd weekend in Santa Barbara, yeah, I think I can do that! xoxoxoxoox

Janie, I am gonna post on FB...sorry, that is just the best for me. Judy, I haven't balanced a checkbook for 20 years. $ comes in...goes out...and usually there is something extra. I hardly write any checks except for the gardener, pool guy and the HOA. BTW, I put it on FB but didn't post it here, that I am the new Vice President of the Home Owners Ass. where I live!!! That is just funny. Knowing me, like I know me, it is just too suburbia. already pissed off at coworkers...this happens every year. We are moving next week and now there is all these problems and issues. It is getting ugly already.

Hey girls~ busy busy...packing up a classroom I've been in for 7 years to move into another hallway! uuggg! Lots to do. Jane, I didn't notice the speech thing all weekend. I think you speak well and articulate your point w/o issue. Probably because you were hopefully comfortable w/ us. Had a blast...the kids wanted to hear all about it! Glad to be back though. I have 16 more days of school and two of those days I am w/o kids!!!! Great time of year, busy...but it flys by! Have a great day! Had an amazing time in TX w/ the girls...Haydee made for a beautiful bride...we are showered and already in bed...w/ a 4.30am wake up call, which is 2.30 our time. SO WORTH IT!! CAN'T WAIT FOR VIOLETS TRIP WEST IN PALM SPRINGS IN SEPT!!!! Travel safely sisters!

Hey Girls~ We are up, packed and ready. Susanne is in a grumpy mood :smile2: hope that changes...but it is the butt crack of dawn as we've been up since 3:50am! I lost 7 lbs on WW over two weeks!!! I didn't even really try much, was only really good on 5 days of the two weeks...and had many liquid calories:wink:. I am not counting or worrying about it in TX...and will start again when I get back. I am pretty excited...think about what I could have lost had I not had the cocktails, chips and salsa etc!!! OMG getting way 'cited! Haven't packed anything...and the packer is home all day so I hope to get some clothes to her this am. I'll pack the little stuff later...the list is getting long! Need to get up about 3:30 tomorrow to get ready...leaving here at 5:30am. I see a nap on the plane coming. I might not wash my hair tomorrow am (just did) and will shower tomorrow night before dinner. Now to just drop that last 70 pounds before tomorrow. Got a big mtg after school...then it is home time. The new dinning room table will be delivered today between 1-5!!!! OK girls...pop in from work! xoxoxoox

All papers must go through a Turnitin.com site...which is an international site used by universities. You will get a 10-25% plag. score if students are using the same reference materials. THEN...as if that wasnt bad enough...she turned in an old score on her paper. duh!

One of my grad students turned in a paper with a 95% plagarism report!!!WTF, do you know how much extra work that is for me. 57% from one source and 33% from another. Jeez...stupid people.
