Morning girls~ ((hugs)) Michelle! Judy, I was wondering when you said about taking a water pill at night...I HATE to wake and pee. I don't have trouble falling asleep, but have trouble falling asleep in the middle of the night after I pee. I don't have any pearls of wisdom for the surgery...just to get your rag mags and laptop ready for your recovery! Haydee, Janie, Laura...WHAT UP??? Well my saga continues w/ the -907 on the paycheck. I'll loose another 454 on the next paycheck. I was out of "personal necessity" days, so because I took PN days, I have lose a day's pay ($454 a day). The WORST part, is that this effects my retirement because I now haven't "worked" a full year this year...soooo I am losing a full year of service. I should've just put in for sick days ($100/day)...and lie like everyone else does. uuuuuggggg I am hella pissed! There is some drama at work, and I am dreading even going in this am. Yesterday, I walked away from someone who was calling me and said, "I am NOT going to talk about this again...have a nice day!" Went to a National Board Honor's Dinner last night...it was nice to be around NORMAL grownups, not the ones who drive me crazy. Wish me luck, and I pray that God stays on my tongue today, so I don't tell someone to go F&^K themselves (which is what I really want to do):tt2::thumbup::confused::cursing: xooxox

Hey Girls~ 95 today, 109 Sat, 110 on Monday! SUMMER IS HERE!! I am kinda glad, it has been a breezy and cool spring. Purple power to your family Michelle. Tough times and I imagine DH is having a bad time. Judy, hope all goes well w/ the ortho. Keep us posted. Janie, how was the play? This oil spill makes me sick...just literally nauseated. What is up Laura and Haydee??? OK...regular teaching day (figured out what I am doing this am at 4:30!) then I have the National Board Honors dinner! Should be fun. I will be tracking food today...kinda f'd up all weekend. After that 3 lb gain, I just self sabotaged myself to death this weekend. Hey Violets~ Jane, my puter just got to Russ yesterday. Once I get it back from Alabama, I'll load my pix. The old one I am using this week is not my pic puter, and I wanna keep 'em together. Can't wait to see them myself! Well, today I play principal. UUGGG! It is a long day...they work their butts off. Then it is Sex and the City at 3:20 (already bought tix). We had a great night last night. Soooo relaxing! Made bbq chix, steamed zuccinis, spinach ravioli, green salad. We sat outside, listened to zen music, and chillaxed! I will try to pop on later. Hey V's~ OK...all moved in. There is crap every where and I have no idea where anything is. I have 32 students this am...who won't be learnin' nuttin' new today, except how to unpack boxes! I had to google who won Dancing (didn't watch it, but kinda followed along each week), and am ok w/ Idol's finale. I think she should've won, butttt, am glad she will be signed today, and is not confined by the restraints of AI (winners have to do x, y, and z for their label). Lee was great, just sucked Tuesday. Well, went to WW yesterday. I was STARVING trying not to eat before the weigh in, but went to Costco before the mtg. I had only a few appetizers things, some diet coke (cause I pb'd a string cheese and needed something to drink) and was stuffed when I weighed in...and gained 3#:thumbup:. I will stick with it, and next week, I'll be "empty" before weigh in fo'sho'! OK...have a great day. It is 6am, the sun was georgous this am at 5am! We are having some friends over for dinner...grilled chix, sal, zuccini, and spinach ravioli (not for me). One of the gals just got out of rehab for alcohol, so it is diet coke tonight. The Vegas show was sold out for 2 tix together, but I got two together from stubhub and they are great seats. I've used stubhub a dozen of times. Judy, sorry about your trip! That sucks. Wear light clothes today. I am getting weighed in today too...hoping that it is pre tx weight! Well, you know I am moving today...at this point it is boring! Pop in when I can! xoxoxo

Hey girls~ Haydee, I would LOVE that...but only for a couple of days, lol! It is soooo great to have you back! We missed you! Judy, sorry about your trip...how far is it for Bob to drive? Well, the big news here is we are going to Lady Gaga in Vegas on Aug 13th!!! We are staying at the MGM, where the concert is. Very excited about this. Been very good on the WW, but threw a couple of hotdogs on the bbq and enjoyed every bite. Getting weighed in tomorrow...hope to be at least my pre texas #...hope the hot dogs don't mess me up!

Jane, that is great thinking on your part. What about education. There are many "non-classroom" jobs (unless you want to go back to college) that districts have...and they have good bene's as well. I know it is tough...you getting out of the salon industry completely?

Hey Girls~ What a day. Started at 4:15 w/ me up and thinking about the move. UGGG. I've packed everything and now I press PLAY on the DVD until they come to move us. It was supposed to be today, but it looks like it will be tomorrow. Last night, we bbq'd chix, I made a sal for me (chix and sal only) and made pasta and zuccini for her. We sat outside and enjoyed a beer and our yard in our pj's. As you know I have the best partner in the world...and feel very blessed to have her. It was the first day in a week w/ no winds (which are back today!). We've been having crazy wind/weather this spring. Usually it is 100 but it was 70 on Sunday, 82 yesterday, 86 today! We have more winds tonight and another cool down coming in. Weird. I am ready for a little heat and no winds! That is all for me today. xxooxoxoxoxo

YEAH Haydee is back!! I am so glad you guys had a nice relaxing time. Your wedding/party was beautiful and all your hard work paid off tenfold! I am so proud of you and sooo very happy for you!! There will be plenty of time for lounging and dishing at our Sept PALM SPRING VIOLETS retreat! HAPPY HAPPY BIRTHDAY JANIE! I had every intention to get you your bday card by today...but since my brother's bday card is still on my counter (his bday was 4-23), I think your will be late. We went to Tommy Bahama's yesterday and had the fish tacos again...thought of you Janie. Was sitting in the shade, so the pic didn't turn out right. They were good, just not AS good w/o my Violets! Well today I am planting sweet basil, dill, and oregeno. These are essential spices that I use weekly...and am sooo excited to get to plant them. Out of 8 Sundays, this is my only one I don't have papers to grade. Probably will read and watch a movie later. I watched Valentine's Day last night and loved it. Morning girls~ Slept in til 7:30!!! aaahhhh...just what the doctor ordered. We have the gardener and the garage guy coming this am. Then I need to ship my puter to Russ (Laura's husband) and then come home. Going out to lunch w/ Jenny and Annette...we think. Have a great weekend everyone. WOW...20 for 1pt! That is pretty cool...20 feels about right. I like the 45 pretzle sticks for 2 pts!Pretzles and a bottle of h2o and I feel full. Been great for 3 days, then today started off bad, and have stayed bad all day. No extra 35 pts can help this one. Calling today a wash, then starting again in the am!!!
