I have been overweight since giving birth to my second child and starting to take Paxil. Those two things together made my weight soar to what it is now. I had lapband surgery 3 years ago and lost about 45 pounds. However, I have slowly put it back on in those 3 years. I now have to get it off again. I would never have done the lapband IF I had been told by my doctor that I would have to eat 4oz of food at each meal for the rest of my life. That, to me, is a DIET! I got the lapband to lose weight! My understanding was that the lapband would keep me full at a lower amount of food and I wouldn't have to worry about dieting. Now, I'm not sure what to do to lose the weight.
