    Im pureeing it in the blender or a food processor and im mashing ams chewing extra but i just add a little more mayo or Water n its ok

    yes and its gross heres some ideas get the vanilla whey protien 32grams of protien mix it in a bleader with 1% milk & greek yougurt whatever flavor u love and a couple icecubes this is good to drink all day as ur liquids;) & now for food try some tuna pouches or chicken pouches add some salsa not to spicy or lite mayo for the chicken manybe get some sergento cheese melt it on the chicken and its soo yummy;) also if u like eggs try one egg n and oz of the sergento reduced fat cheese. refried Beans with some chicken and sc lite.. equaljng to 4 oz. yummy;) remember ur main goal is protien not carbs or extra unwanted sugar!
  7. m going to a party tonight to watch the fight and celebrate a friends bday. my friends supportive shes had the lap band and knows somewhat of what im going through but she made it a point to tell me she feels bad bc of all the yummy food and drinking thts going to be there. i told her i wld be ok but really im going to be dying... lol im not physiclly hungry but ive found my self wanting sweets and food. help!! idk what i can do. i have even started to chew something yummy n spit it out just for the taste. it sickens me tht i cant be strong.

  9. dont believe everything you see;) unless u kno someone tht has done tht personally then i wldnt trust it. u have made a good choice stick with it & you will get the results u need. Most peoples jaws drop about the surgery bc thier judgemental and think u dont need surgery to help you the bottom line it some people are obesr bc it has been proven to be hereditary. like my moms not over weight shes actually dtick thin my dad too but my grandmother are exreamly over weight. hope this helps

    How do u know

    my dietition said u will get a tight feeling in ur cheast when ur starting to get full. when i. doubt measure every meal never more then 3/4 ounces. make sure sceadule ur meals;) hope this helps
  11. u will get to where u want to be!!! if u ever want to talk about food plans or exercises im here;) i need helpful insights i have a pretty healthy older sister who works out and trys new things all the time and has sucesses im just starting out so im not sure how much ill loose, but im hoping ill reach my goal by my surg anne. 11/29/12

    i agree my doctor often joked that most of his patients get discouraged if the weight doesnt come off fast enough he wld say hes not a musician lol they gave us the right tooks we still just have to figure out how to use them;)

    What are you eating at meals and how much? & what protien shakes are u drinking? & are u drinking Water ? working out atleast once a week. we have to remember that we have the tools to do this we have to keep our heads up. think about it this way a slower weightloss cld help u tighten ur muscles again and skin!
