Hey! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you. The cuts are actually really small. The only one that's actually pretty big is the bottom one because that's where they put the access port. And don't worry about the liquid! Those first 3 days are easy because you really don't feel hungry. I'm on my last day of mush food
