Hey Amber! If you are who I think you are I believe we have a "mutual friend." She's super sweet, generous, kind,nuturing, and right now walks with a cane. I'm really excited for you both to embark on this journey and wish you crazy success. I saw your post regarding your orientation at Vacaville and I don't remember being given any set % of weight I had to loose. They weigh you at every appointement you'll have and once you meet with your surgeon he/she will tell you how much you need to loose. For me I lost 9 pound from the orientation appointment to my appt with with my surgeon. At that visit he told me to loose 13 more pounds. All toll from an orientation weight of 293 I had to loose 23 pounds in order to get a surgery date. Please contact me if you have any questions I can answer for you.
