Okay I am finally banded.....I have been in some aches and pains but trying to keep moving to get the air and pain to go away. Trying to figure out how to drink and not feel like you have a knot in your chest. SIP, SIP, and SIP!! Thats all I can say. Broth is my friend and so are ice cubes. Nobdy ever said anything about headaches....I have been off caffein for over 6 months and I still have severe headaches. Learning to live with my new life style and although I have these minor problems still I love it.
