aNYONE ever try herbalife protein shakes, and do you recommend them, just curious, I am trying to find ways to include protein shakes, to try to get the correct amount any suggestions would be helpful. thanks.

HELP I AM ON MY THIRD WEEK AND STARTED PUREE FOODS FOR A WEEK, NOT SURE HOW MUCH I SHOULD BE EATING, HOW OFTEN, ALSO AND FOOD IDEAS WOULD BE HELPFUL, ANYONE KNOW WHAT YOUR EXPECTED WEIGHT LOSS IS WITH A SLEEVE? HELP, NEED SOME EXPERICED SLEEVERS TO GIVE ME ADVICE.

hello everyone, today is my one week mark and i am down 10lbs, so excited had a rough few days right after due to nausea, but after i left the hospital it has been great. Can anyone help me with suggestion menus, i know six small meals, or does that change, not sure and really could use some help. Thanks

just had my sleeve on monday, i dont think i am getting in my fluids how much is too much at a time? -
i have my surgery date set, july 25 i am waiting for the call to tell me what time to be at the hospital monday morning.

OK, finally have my surgery date july 25th, so excited!!!! i think my nerves will get the best of me yet..

Hey there, glad i found a fellow barix clinic person, what made you choose dr. pop? if you don't mind me asking, there are dr. nunn, and dr schram, i believe there also, i am too having mine done there, i am waiting for my stress test results back then i can go from there, i am new to this board also, good luck hope all goes well.!
