I've gained some weight back and people are noticing. What do I say when the mention it? It is my fault for telling everyone, but now I am embarrassed that I have gained 30 lbs back and it is noticeable.

thats a good reply. I thought (but wouldn't have nerve to do this) of just staring at them with my jaw open and saying "you mean I look bigger!)
