I've gained some weight back and people are noticing. What do I say when the mention it? It is my fault for telling everyone, but now I am embarrassed that I have gained 30 lbs back and it is noticeable.

Maybe you could say something like "yeah, it hasn't really been my focus recently..." and let it go at that

Be honest. The surgery isn't the easy way out and is only a tool. Get back on the wagon and show them that it takes work also to lose. Good luck!!
