Hi Bekki, I too was banded this week on Monday. I am on the liquid part of the week and still recovering from the surgery. I have been using the chewable centrum vitamins. I have been using unjury protein powder. It doesn't taste like a protein shake if you mix alittle bit of crystal light into the mix. I have been using the strawberry w/ strawberry crystal light. It tastes close to a strawberry shake.
