I had my Lapband surgery June 20, 2011. On my first week I lost 9 lbs. as of today I lost 15 lbs. My starting weight was 245. Now I am at 230lbs. I am on mushy foods does anyone have any mushy food favorites they would like to share? I am on mushy foods till August 10,2011.

Let us know as soon as you get insurance approval. I am just like you my papers were turned in on Monday and I am waiting too!
