My husband and I eat out usually once aweek! We have 7 kids so thats like our little break for the week.So due to the 2 week liquid diet and my surgery which is 10 days old, he misses that dinner out with me! What do you bandsters order when u eat out????/

wow MsAnn, I cant believe you are eating so much right after being banded! Im on liquids, with a few cream soups and protein shakes. I had a very rough time for the first week with heartburn! My first trip to the docs is tomorrow since surgery. I was thinking about pureed soup but didnt know how resturants felt about this.

Discouraged that Im still on clear fluids...want to move past this........help /suggestions........heartburn keeps me from eating anything but clear fluids.....

sad thing, today is my 7th day and I feel the same way! i am still on clear water ice chips and popsicles due to my heartburn, Ive tried gas x heating pad, they just put me on prilosec. Im miserable! Worst part, Ive got 7 kids that I have no desire to care for due to the pain in my chest! I think my husband is regreting me doing this -
my heartburn is so painful I can not drink, take meds, nothing...I pray this is worth is, I was banded on June 2nd and I just want to die

I was just banded June 2 and my heartburn is unbearable, Im in so much pain, I have not had a fill, so they say its swollen! -

Im still feeling sick and nauseous and have lots of gas, will this go away soon? I would love to drink a cup of broth but would just burp for hours after!

I have cheated as well, but with cheese sticks, chicken, pork, just something to chew on!!!!! -

I am scheduled for June 2nd. Starting liver reduction tomorrow..Im a stay at home mom with 7 kids, and I have no room for crankiness! This scares me during this diet. Really, no caffeine????????
