  1. definately would have started my fiber supplement sooner, waiting until you are in pain and cant go was a lesson well learned! i would recommend a few scoops of the tasteless benefiber into any liquid u sip. also i wish someone would have told me to buy the tasteless protein powder and NOT the isopure, yuck. i use bipro protein because after surgery any vanilla flavored protein was too sweet!!
  2. started a photo collage of all my previous and current "fat" pictures its nice to see the progress. i call it "COMPILATION FATTY" :D

  3. 4 people who dont know about my surgery this week told me i look much smaller, seriously music to my ears!!!!

    Relationships?

its a big change especialy if one person goes through it and the other doesnt its important to discuss the health benefits over the food. i found myself talking too much bout food and had to wrangle that in to not annoy the crap out of others. once i did that my friends were more open to asking me about things. its just a balance but my surgeon told me that this surgery forces you to put yourself first which is something a lot of us DONT do which is why we end up over weight and unhealthy. good luck to you and we are all going through it together!

    TMI- VERY heavy period... normal?

i used to have that pre-op, because i have pcos. i know how terrifying it can be to see that muh blood. have u missed any periods prior to this? my dr. advised me it could be a buid up of things that werent flushed out during the previous months of missed periods but i would check with your gyno or surgeon to see what their experience is with it.
  8. i also am taking biotin. i am bout 4 months out and the hairloss is severe. everyone tells me the biotin wil help grow new hair but not stop the loss, at least it is something though.

I am with Carrie T. I get decaf because caffeine makes me sick BUT i still loveeee coffee! I get a Decaf Skinny Hazelnut Latte as a treat (tall is plenty for me to enjoy as 2 snacks!) and its delicious. I am hoping they do something peppermint that is low cal/fat/sugar soon.:coffee:
