I'm doing ok. Thanks for asking. I'm getting in 800-1000 calories per day and most days I'm getting 70-80 grams of protein. I just need to focus on getting all those vitamins in now. That part sucks. I got really sick yesterday. It's the first time I've had a lot of pain and cramping in a while. Hmmm. How are you this week? I see on myfitnesspal that you're getting a little more calories in.
