I don't write them down, but each morning I need to mentally know what I'm going to eat and when so that I can kinda plan my day. At least right now where I'm still on a restricted diet, I can't just stop and a restaurant and pick up something if I get hungry. I've been eating usually around 600-800, although I've been more focused on making sure I get at least 60-80gm of protein and under 60gm of carbs.
