That's great. How much weight have you lost so far? I have lost 13 lbs.

Yes, I do have those. But, most of the time I forget I have them. I carry at least 4 with me everywhere I go. I have got to remember my strips, that's so sad.

So far so good. I noticed my scars or healing really well. Last night I was able to sleep on my stomach so that was great!!! How are you doing so far?

Honestly, last night was the first night I slept on my stomach. Today, my gas was better. Maybe it is starting to go away.

Really? So far what have you planned. I need to do that as well. I don't write them down the day before or anything like that but I keep in my mind what I want to eat the next day. I try to say under 800 calories a day. What about you?

I was banded on July 16, 2009. So far it's been good. I am so surpised at how quickly I have been able to heal. This was my first surgery so I didn't really know what to expect but it went really well. I have to admit at first I thought to myself what in the world did I do. But, now I can say this was the best decision I have made.

Thanks!!! I actually love doing makeup so I try to do different looks on myself. Hopefully, in the near future I will start doing makeup professionally.

So far so good. But, I have a question for you. Are you starting to notice that you have more gas? I was told that gas was a normal side affect but I thought it would be over by now. I just had to ask....

My surgery was on July 16, 2009. I have to tell you that I agree with you. This is the best thing that I have ever done too.
